as a hair stylist for 37 years, this has been my favorite always, not made in China, the company will repair it and ship it back like new if needed, hot enough to cut blow drying time, and a good finish, specially in south Florida with a the humid weather we have, seals the cuticle well, a bargain compare with the overrated Dyson dryer
