Arrived quickly. Used to make caramel swirl for ice cream. The caramel is delicious. The consistency is different than I expected, but that's on me

Good glucose, not the best seal
Great for ice cream making, but a few of the containers were not 100% sealed because the glucose got between the container and the lid If you have never used glucose before be prepared for a thick, sticky, mess!

poor packaging
Unfortunately, all the syrup spilled out of the bucket. The lid needs to be secured to the bucket with tape. Good product, but poorly designed packaging for shipping. I was left without the product I paid for.
