Five levels of resistance, great for work outs
I got these for me and my wife for our home work outs. These are great as they came with a small pouch and five different level of resistance, with the lighter ones fitting my wife and the heavier ones for me. The price won't reflect the quality of the product, as they are of excellent condition.

No excuse for making exercise
Got this set for my wife and we both do exercise in the morning before going to work to keep our body healthy and avoid any bad health issues. with this elastic band you can make exercise in a small spot, office or in a big room with a tv. the quality is great and are very stretchy. 5 colors in this package and all of them have a different pressure or stretchness how ever you want to call it. they are easy to clean thanks that is rubber.

These Slip Way Too Much Compared to Other Bands
I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but there are a number of much better bands available on the market. I wanted to use these for some hip exercises as well as for general band exercises with one of our workout devices. Neither worked well.1. For the hip exercises, none of them would stay in place. This was the case if it was over skin or over pants. It just kept slipping.2. For bicep and other upper body exercises using our Tempo system, this was more frustrating than useful. It kept slipping down and up my wrists and forearms. There was just no "stick" to it.There are other items on the market that for whatever reason aren't so flimsy. I think that these may just be too thin and therefore it causes them to not gain that "friction" (for the lack of a better term) up against the skin to maintain hold. It's a shame because it shouldn't be that difficult.

great assortment
These exercise bands are terrific. There are 5 to choose from so I have just the right resistance for any given exercise. They are strong and durable and all around exactly what I was looking for.

Great for my rehab
I got these as I'm going through therapy for glute strains. i use them for my exercises and stretches at home. A good variety of resistance afforded here as well. Cheap and effective.
