I take it every day and I feel a little more energized since I've been taking it. I have been able to save money by using One a Day because it has all the essential vitamins and minerals your body needs. I don't have to worry about buying separate bottles of Calcium or Vit D. I also don't have to separately by magnesium anymore. I love them because although they are larger than I expected they are very easy to swallow. Definitely would recommend this product.

I researched a lot before buying this particular brand - it looks like this is one of the better options that is affordable.I can't say that I feel a huge difference after taking it BUT if I don't take it I do feel a little tired and down. It could be my imagination but this is working for me quite nicely.

There are some things you don't mind buying off-brands in, but to me, vitamins shouldn't be one of them. We have no way of knowing whether that pill contains actual vitamins, or just filler. So we have to rely on the brand's reputation to give us some assurance we're getting what we're paying for. One-A-Day has been around for a long time, so I trust that they will maintain high quality standards in order to safeguard their reputation. That can't be said for all products we find on our grocery and pharmacy shelves, inasmuch as so many companies are turning to cheap, unregulated sites abroad to formulate their product, or the components of their products. Brand reputation means more now than it ever did.

The best multivitamin out there! And what a deal:) I'm good for a while now. It's much better to buy a large amount, no chance I'll run out now!!!

What I like the most about these is their color... I know it shouldn't be the most important aspect to evaluate vitamins. But the nice color makes me motivated to keep having them everyday. I took one star off because of the pill size - it's a bit too big to swallow.

I think there are health benefits with this product, but it makes you feel a tab bit nauseous after taking. Make sure you take with food/ alot of water.

My fiancée loves these vitamins, she’s not big on taking a pill so the fact you get all the necessary vitamins and supplements from one is a huge benefit. She has noticed that her mood has improved and her complexion has as well.
