Small and tough
I bought theses to use for me to communicate with some less than 20feet in the can of a truck and the work great, range is OK for what they are, wouldn't say they're better than what you would get with a uv-5r for range, but they are very robust! I lent one to someone who ran over it with an artic lorry and the aerial was the only thing that survived 🤣🤣🤣

Compact little antenna
It's OK, but don't expect it to work over long distances, it wont.

Pros and cons.
Function wise, they work very well, always had a clear signal over the distances I work at. Build wise, I've had the rubber tops come loose very quickly and need to be secured with electrical tape or super glue. May just be the ones I ordered but be ready to slap some glue on the rubbers to keep them in place.

One of the aerials fell apart after 2 hours of use. Not well put together. Worked fine until it broke.
