Excellent BP monitor with my choices for key features
I like this BP monitor as my best choice for: 1. USB data cable & downloaded PC software to analyze BP measurements for historical trends (not the more common Bluetooth/Smartphone app), 2. date/time stamp, and 3. standard AC adapter (not USB power). I think it's accurate, and accurate enough to monitor my BP at my doctor's request. (can send .pdf report) So far, I did one calibration check. The measurements of this BP monitor and during doctor's visit, were within +/- 3 mm Well-worth considering as a top contender !

Works good
Works great and is comfortable.I have a big arm had to switch up to a bigger machine. This one seems to work perfect. I can't make any claims about accuracy i only see a doctor about every 3 to 4 months. But the readings seem accurate.

We like BP monitors with a wired USB cable and desktop PC software: This is the best we've found.
Note: I don't give 5-star reviews for consumer-electronics items unless they meet certain criteria *including* that I've used them for their full usable life spans. An important component of "value" (IMHO) for such devices, products, etc., is that they do what they're designed to do, and do it well, for the ___ number of years that we (should) expect. (We've only used this device for 2+ months.)Although not certified for accuracy, we checked with our PCP nursing staff and found the BP measurements are well within tolerances (to our satisfaction). An important consideration for purchasing a BP monitor of course. We had an earlier model (now over 13 years old) Microlife BP monitor that needed to be replaced. We do like the design of Microlife BP monitors, esp. the models with a USB cable and software for desktop PCS (we're using Windows 10 Pro, 64-bit).We do like the Microlife desktop software, and were happy to see that the configuration from our previous Microlife BP monitor was still usable for our new device. (We did set up a new profile for the new device. We can still access and view our older device's readings, history, etc.)

Consistency issues
I needed a monitor that accommodated a larger arm size, and this does that. But weirdly enough, I found this hard to position even with the "sure fit" molded cuff. I kept getting cuff fit errors and also the error for too much variance between the top and bottom numbers. I ended up buying a larger cuff for a standard size monitor I already had at home and when I compared, I noticed that unit inflated to 180 mmHg every time. This Microlife unit inflates to a different number every time, anywhere from 160-210 mmHg. Also this takes a full 90 seconds to measure BP and deflates 1 mmHG at a time, so when it goes up over 180 it literally cut off blood flow and my fingers were all pins and needles. Planning to return as I think this may be a defective unit.

My BP right now!
I like that it takes 3 BPs and derives the average. It’s fairly simple to use.

Very pleased
The blood pressure device works well. I take my blood pressure twice a day for two weeks. I email the readings to my doctor for his review. I need a device that is accurate as well as feature laden which is very useful in providing additional information. This is my second Microlife.

If you like it to hurt and get it wrong, get this one.
Got unit yesterday. Used large older cuff from MICROLIFE BPM3. Read 115 mm. Then used cuff that came with it, and it was reading all over the place getting 153, 175, 210 mm. It would pump up to 225 mm, and slowly, I mean really slowly go down. Took over a minute. UP AND DOWN. The pain was so intence I can't use my left arm today. Tried it on my right arm today and got the same 203 mm top peak and an error mesage 3 at end of escrusiating pain. My wife tried also several times and unit over pumped to over 223mm, and read somewhere between 140 and 150 each time (Hers has been in the 130's). I just had my blood presure chacked and it is high 135 over 77. This machine would have me in the ER. Also, uses smaller AAA batteries and motor is very noisy. I think the sound/pressure sensors detecing the pulse can't hear over motor noise, but that just is my MSEE PE Engineering thoughts. The BPM3 macine worked great for year (5-10) but just gave up a while back. The cuff is rated for 40cm which is my arm size, but it worked the same with my wife who does not have an arm that big. She was about mid pack.
