18 3/4" from the floor to top of seat as a bench or picnic table.

Is this made from real wood? Whats the quality of this table> please

Yes. Real wood. Precisely cut and holes where they belong. I did treat it with waterproofing (Thompson's). I like the quality and size. This transformer table will sit at least 4 adults at the table and 2 on the bench. Perfect for my small space, where a 6 6 table would have been too big. The Chinese did a good job on design here.

What is the width of the table as two people are sitting across from each other? Are those 2x4's used for the length of the table and seats?

The table top is 19" across, 54" long. The table is made of 2X4's. Seats are 7.5" wide.
