This is a wonderful health product. It does not hurt, but I do feel the stimulation of the plastic points. It is just right!! I feel my posture improve while standing on it. I have scoliosis, poor posture, some back pain.I will stand on it while on the phone, talking with family. It is very durable, well made, has some magnets, very portable for around the house and traveling. I have tried and looked for others for the reflexology and posture, have not found any better than this!!

I purchased it when it was priced $10, and that price, it felt very good. I had given it as a gift so I don't know about the durability of the product.

Overall product is good. I felt a little expensive while comparing with my previous purchase in India which was thicker with more accessories. However I compared different marketplace and found this one cheapest with prime delivery.This is bit thinner but effective. Advise to use it on a firm surface.

Ok so they spelt acupressure wrong...that aside. My Mom received this as a gift and my Father and I decided to try it out. Both of us have begun to feel good results. Numbness from the aging process that he has been feeling under his foot is decreasing and my energy level is getting better. I expect there will be other beneficial results as we become consistent.I do believe any kind of pressure point activity in moderation is very helpful to the body/mind/spirit. That's how I ended up here looking to purchase a powermat2000 for myself and my home. Looking forward to continued good health.The one thing I can say is that didn't expect it to cost as much as it does. Will use some more to make sure I want to purchase another.

magnet comes off within 1 month of normal use.[Used 2 minutes twice a day for a month, my weight is 80 kgs]. One by one most of magnets are coming out.I would appreciate if merchant replaces with improved quality product
