Works great for the price. Every 10 or so tags, it gets off center and I waste a few to get it printing readable again. It's cheap though

I received two DEFECTİVE units in a row. The first arrived used, jammed, with ink spilled inside and torn labels. Customer service sent a replacement without return — but the replacement had the same problems. This is clearly a quality control issue, not bad luck. I DO NOT recommend this product, especially for business use.
