Fantastic details and overall figure.
The very first thing I want to point out is that this is a plus size doll, so clothes may be tight or not fit on her, but I was lucky she was able to squeeze in the dress I got for her. This is my very first doll, and I am pleased with how she looks and how posable she is. The details of her face, how her eyes and lips shine, as well as her having fingernails even, surpassed any expectations I would have had for a 1 foot tall doll. My only 'complaint' would be that her nipples are the same color as her skin, but that's not a detail I care much about, and I could see the reason of that to probably keep white clothes looking consistent on her. I look forward to see if I can find clothes that fit her better, and her detail alone was worth the price. As for the company, they are informative and very polite and quick to respond to any questions or concerns, that is worth pointing out as well.

nice quality
The head was way too small of scale for body. Like for a 6 inch doll rather than this 12 inch doll.

Impressive figure, sensitive material.
The media could not be loaded. This is was a gift from the owner of this account, but since I didn't buy it on mine I couldn't make a review, big thanks to him, the figure is very impressive. Could use instructions on how to clean it for those of us with pets, she is a magnet for pet hair, and make sure your hands are clean before handling her. Very sensitive material.

Almost perfect - Would be a 3.5 star rating if amazon allowed 1/2 star's
I'll keep this review short, focusing on the reasons for the 3.5 star rating.Anatomically she's nearly perfect, w/ the exception of her not having an anus (which shouldn't be an issue for anybody, but technically it should be there) and her areola are the same color as the rest of her skin, as opposed to being darker as they are on real human's.Everything else about her is fine. Her flesh is firm, almost too firm. But she isn't a sex-toy, so the body does not need to have flesh that simulates a real woman's (everything can be squeezed, but she certainly wont jiggle, ect)The other ding i have to give is for the hit my privacy took. She was shipped in her manufacturer's box, which clearly displays "female body / action figure" ect. They should have put her box inside a regular tan shipping box, like pretty much everybody else does these days. The driver apparently gave it to the wrong address (but whichever neighbor got it was kind enough to leave it on my front porch, which is where i expected it to be dropped off). Had she been shipped in a normal, discreet box this wouldn't have turned out to be an issue. She was well packed in her box, however. Everything secure and neatly packed away from each other. The 2 stand attachments are not explained in the instructions, but they are simple to figure out. She has a waist-clip and what i assume to be clips that are supposed to go under her armpits.

Unfit as an artist's manikin
Worthless to draw from as the proportions are completely off. This is a problem with this type of manikin. Whenever you slap a separately sculpted head onto a body sculpted by someone else the results are pathetic. The head is just way too small in comparison to the rest of the body. The breasts are gargantuan caricatures in proportion to the head. The arms end up looking like rubber sleeves (which they are). At least the feet are adequately sized. Hands are just barely large enough. At this scale boys and men seem to get hypnotized by the oversized, cartoon-like breasts. But they are not realistic in any way shape or form; especially on a petite Asian female. Total dysmorphia. This is a keeper only if you want to demonstrate how NOT to conceptualize the female form!

Disappointed
The head its small for the body and the material its so hard and feet are too big for the body ; too much money i hope they used the reviews to improved the products.

Excellent Craftsmanship
It's been a while since I last bought a TBLeague/Phicen figure and I had gotten 2 character sets before--Spartan Warrior and Red Sonja. This time I thought I'd get just the model of the later body-type releases and decided on the S38 as I have a preference for the busty figure type with detachable feet. This particular model comes with a default head sculpt and is very well made, especially the hair. It comes with 2 pairs of hands and 1 pair of feet in addition to what is already on the figure itself. I think the hands are correct in terms of size proportional to the figure. If you held your hand against your face, it normally covers almost the entire face. Using the head sculpt that came with it, the figure's hand size seems correct (refer to posted image). However I think the detachable feet are a bit bigger than they should be. I made a side by side comparison of the detachable feet with what was on the Spartan Warrior figure (see image). While the large feet will certainly make the figure more stable in standing positions, the one with the smaller feet could still stand on its own but definitely appears more natural-looking. On the subject of hands and feet, they could be improved to appear more feminine as well. On the models with seamless feet, they appear more normal in size and more feminine (i.e. S40 and S42 for example). With regards to the body details, I'm pleased with the overall body shape. Its vulva area has a simple detail that emulates the female genitalia for those of you who may be wondering. The same could be said for the breasts, with very pronounced areolas and nipples. I am aware of other people's reviews that the areolas and nipples should have a slightly darker pigment to appear more realistic if they're going to create such pronounced features, which is true. But I think the primary idea behind such details was to showcase the appearance of their shape under tighter clothing, since dressing up the figure is what is commonly used for.The figure size is comparable to the ones used in the two character sets I mentioned earlier. I believe those were using the S20A bodies because of the muscle detail on the legs and that they are also classified with the big bust. Using Red Sonja, their heights are almost identical (see image). I used an object to raise up the S38 figure a little bit because Red Sonja is wearing thick footwear (see image) and slightly longer legs. The S38 body is also thicker on the limbs and has a slightly wider waistline as opposed to the leaner and toned appearance on the S20A body (Red Sonja). But I think the bust and hips have relatively similar dimensions. It is important to note that because the S38 model is more on the "plus" size, it may be hard to dress up the figure with certain outfits to do keep that in mind.Overall I am very pleased with the figure aside from the minor critique about the hands and feet being less feminine and the feet being a bit large. I certainly would enjoy this figure added on to the collection and look forward to what costume and accessories I plan on using for this model.
