Pretty good for the price
These are great for the cost. I love that they come in a two pack because I most often use them for posterior delt flys on a functional trainer. I also use them for single-arm tricep extension and hammer curls. My only minor complaints is that the end caps at the end of the rope are hard plastic instead of a softer rubber. It makes them just a tad uncomfortable. However, people looking for optimal comfort probably aren't lifting weights anyway, so I shouldn't whine.

Fantastic!!! A must-own for home gym'ers!
These are fantastic! I use them on my Total Gym and they provide an abundance of exercises the regular handles do not. As well you can literally feel the increased emphasis on your biceps and triceps and other muscles using them in ways the ordinary handles do not provide.I have 20+ years of bodybuilding/powerlifting/calisthenics under my belt (I switched from heavy weights to using a Total Gym a few years back as age crept in and now my concern is more health oriented and less how big and strong I can possibly get for my inflated ego), and I've used the 'normal' dual rope attachment most trainees are familiar with too many times to count over the years, but these two separate single ropes are AMAZING and far surpass the dual rope attachment in every way.I wish I'd known about and bought these sooner. I have a home gym, but you could easily take these to a public gym and use them too. These are an absolute MUST-OWN if you have a Total Gym or a Gr8flex (same as with the larger squat stand pad because the one included with the Total Gym is tiny and only allows about a 1/4 squat for adults because of its small surface area for your feet; I honestly don't know what they were thinking, making their foot pad so small, as only a little child could use it for full squats) and I can't recommend them highly enough. They are especially great for arm exercises, though you can use them for tons of upper body movements including pullovers and rows and such.

Just as advertised

Neat tool
Travel sized and great for single arm use. A must have if your gym is packed and the rope is down to a few threads lol

Great, but a little painful.
The ropes are very good quality and provide great grip. Exactly what I needed for cable hammer curls, all single-arm tricep extensions, rear delt work. But the end is made of hard, solid plastic. It’s a little painful and hurts my pointer and thumb knuckle during hammer curls. I fixed this by buying a cheap foam pool noodle and cutting a slice off of it, and slipping it around the rope, no more pain at all at no expense to grip quality. That’s my only complaint, otherwise it’s exactly what I needed.

They work
When you pull it, it pulls. I don't know what else you'd want or look for.

Very robust ropes
I ordered these for use with resistance bands and door anchor. Keep in mind these are two separate ropes not the one rope with two ends like you see in a gym for triceps pushdowns. These work very well for triceps pushdowns and because they are independent from one another you are forced to control the motions and form. I use these also for hammer curls and front and side raises with the resistance bands. These are very thick and robust. I can't imagine them ever fraying or breaking and the large rubber ends and metal eyelets are very sturdy and well attached to the ropes.I do use a caribener to attach the ropes to themselves for doing facepulls and that has worked quite well. All in all I would certainly recommend these for anyone looking to use these in this manner.
