The print was exactly as described. Even though I put the wrong date they were willing and able to correct it. It shipped on time and I was sent a preview prior to it shipping. Highly recommend them.

I really appreciated the fact that I was at work while placing the order and I screwed up the date, thru no fault of the seller however after contacting them about the error they did end up sending out a new one with the correct date and I really really appreciated it, it meant alot to me while I know personalization orders shouldn't be corrected if it was the buyers fault they did correct it for me and for me that is excellent customer service... being in the industry myself I know sometimes we have to go the extra mile which this company did and it didn't go unnoticed and I will be bosting to everyone I know about it.

My husband was so touched by this gift. I had “our” song done printed and it came out great. My daughter liked it so much she mentioned she’d like one, too so I ordered one for her. I had several emails back and forth with the company to get the wording just right and they were very accommodating. Hers came out great and I will order another for my other daughter for their anniversary later this year.

I put this in a frame and gave it as a wedding gift. It turned out great! Better than expected.
