Not Meant To Withstand Direct Rain?!?!?!
Purchased this grill cover after careful research. I've had many grill covers, which all suffered from the usual issues. They fade in the sun and then eventually rip when you accidentally catch one of the corners of your grill when taking it off. I felt good about this purchase, UNTIL I received the product, which right on the front of the case has a disclaimer (see attached photo) indicating that this cover is NOT MEANT TO WITHSTAND DIRECT RAIN! Are you kidding me right now? Why do you think I need a grill cover? If I kept it indoors, I wouldn't need a cover! It's very annoying that this is NOT clearly stated in the product description. I feel misled. Anyhow, my grill is made out of stainless steel, so it won't rust. I'm going to give this cover a try, but after reading this disclaimer, I'm not very optimistic. However, if you keep your grill indoors, I'm sure this is the cover for you!!!

Finally a grill cover to fit our 48"W grill.
For $23 you really can't go wrong with this grill cover. First of all, we were just happy to find a grill cover that would fit our 48" grill. For the last 2 seasons we have looked at Lowes, Home Depot and even Amazon without any luck. It wasn't until this season (Spring 2015) that Amazon offered one in the size we needed. There were plenty of 44"W and 58"W but nothing in between so we were glad to find this one.We haven't had it on the grill long enough to rate material longevity but judging from the fabric it should last a good 3 years of east coast winter snow and summer heat. It's definitely a step (or three) above those thin green vinyl covers...it's thicker and has what looks like fibers running through it....kind of like soft duck tape. The backing is a smooth white layer of a thin 'felt like' material so it doesn't scratch your grill. The bottom has a draw string to keep a gust of wind from blowing up under it and blowing off your grill. Our grill is 48" and this cover is listed as 48" and even though the size is exact it fit perfectly. We are using this grill cover for our lake house grill. The Weber grill cover we use at home/home is like a silk polyester fabric that set us back $50.00. This $23 cover is ideal for something in between those green vinyl covers and the Weber cover.I posted a few pictures of it right out of the box and onto the grill.

Nice looking cover
I actually bought it as a cover for my Lincoln ranger 8 welder. The fit was not too bad, a little loose, but I didn't want anything too tight like the factory Lincoln covers. Put a couple of rubber tarp straps over the top and one around the bottom of welder to hold it down, nice and secure. Sure beats paying $150 for a factory cover, hope it lasts a really long time.

Gratifying & Happy
I don't like jumping to quick reviews, so after about a month of use I am happy with my purchase. The cover is waterproof having been through several downpours. Weighs less than my last cover and easy to put on and take off. The use of draw strings on the bottom I didn't think I would like and I'm still unsure if they will last for a couple of years, but they aren't half bad to use. I pull the cover up on either side and tighten or loosen whichever the case. The Color of light blue I hope will not fade like my last cover did. Time will tell on that score. The underside is soft and doesn't scratch my stainless steel surface.. It definitely is a good cover and as of now I would buy again.

Best cover on the market.
I live in South Florida which takes it toll on outdoor appliances. The grill cover is thick, sturdy, and waterproof. It receives direct sun 6+ hours a day and has also resisted fading. Well worth the cost and is protecting my expensive grill better than the OEM cover, which allowed water to infiltrate the housing.

Thumbs down
I was initially impressed with this grill cover even though it was a bit short for my grill. It has held up quality wise, but has not been through a winter yet. However, it is not totally waterproof and rain has gotten through and began many rust areas on my new Weber grill. Good luck finding another brand cover!

Too Short
The material is solid and seems to withstand heat and rain. The only thing is it’s too short. I didn’t realize that you’ll lose 10-12 inches of height because of the depth of the grill esp. on the front side (it’s more sticking out with the knobs and stuff). I wish there were some instructions how to measure/fit the BBQ grill covers on the website. It was not bad enough to return but I’ll measure it more carefully next time.

Great material.
Love the material, it's definitely a plus that it breaths and prevents moisture buildup on top of the grill cover. It's only been about a month... Will update if it ends up being a disappointment sometime down the line, but so far it's great.
