Flavor it’s too strong and bitter
I couldn’t bare the taste! Even when I mixed with tea and honey. It’s a very expensive product and I bet is good for your health and that was my purpose when I purchased. However I’m not really too happy about the Flavor.

All day energy, improved bloodflow
I unload than load a full semi trailer daily at work using a dolly to push/walk heavy product so I do alot of walking I imagine it's easily over 10,000 steps and I really noticed a nice improvement in how I felt from beginning to end I have all day energy on this stuff just incredible and I'm glad I tried this product I'll have to order again. It was better than I expected
