Excellent item of equipment. used it for about 5 or 6 sessions so far and it really pumps the Triceps well. Will use it for a couple months and will report back.

I've bought 2 of these now (so I can have a pivot at the top and the bottom). Sturdy and easily took the 70kg I've loaded up to so far. Easy to set up and a game changer in terms of exercise selection in your home gym

Easy to set up and works a treat. Only use it for the light weight stuff, triceps etc so can’t say how much weight it holds

I've got this set up on my pull up bar and have bought a few extra attachments as well. Works with 1in plates and has allowed me to vastly change up the movements I can do during my workouts.

The pin is somewhat think. The bar is ok- doesn't have a fantastic feel to it but the pully and cable are the best bits. Update. I spoke with Melody who was very helpful and she looked into the problem for me. The problem has been resolved.

This works a lot better on half rack than I expected. Wish I'd got it ages ago. I rack barbell against wire to reduce swing.

Note: after posting this review, the seller reached out to offer me a full refund. So, even if I was disappointed with the product, I do trust the seller and wouldn't let this put me off buying from them again. I installed this equipment about a month ago, and maybe used it 3 or 4 times. I noticed one of the clips was being awkward to open and close, and on inspection found that the pin had come lose. I tried to push it back in, but this resulted in the hinge arm bending. Have ordered some new (hopefully higher quality) carabiner clips to replace the ones this came with. Also, you don't get any installation instructions with this, so you have to just use the little picture on the Amazon webpage showing you how to install this. Finally, I bought this version with the two different handles (bar or belt), but you can only really use one, as you can only really fix the hooks to the cable once, and the length of cable you use will only suit either the bar or the belt, but not both. Hard to describe, but if you buy this, you'll understand. My advice is to buy the one that just comes with the type of handle you want to use, as once you've set this up for one type of handle, you won't be able to use the other unless you take this completely apart and remake.

L'ho comprato per la mia home gym, inizialmente non mi aspettavo nulla di che, anzi: avevo già intenzione di restituirlo. Una volta arrivato però mi sono ricreduto. Il prodotto è sicuramente molto comodo (io l'ho messo su una barra da trazioni e regge molto bene), è veloce da montare, ma ho qualche dubbio sulla stabilità effettiva. Chiariamoci, se siete principianti e avete intenzione di sollevare 15/20 kg, questo prodotto non ha alcun problema. Ma una volta che viene aggiunto dell'altro peso, il tubicino inizia a ondeggiare, e questo potrebbe essere pericoloso, sia per voi che per muri e quant altro. Prodotto valido, veloce, comodo, ma non per chi è già avanzato con i pesi. Anche se comunque, credo che questi prodotti attraggano i neofiti o chi vuole semplicemente tenersi in forma senza particolari sforzi.

Poulie qui fait le travail. Installation facile et rapide. Je l'ai placé sur la barre à traction d'une chaise romaine. Pas d'effet de balancier sur la plupart des exercices, pour peu qu'ils soient effectués correctement et sans se presser. Elle coulisse bien, c'est même surprenant, on s'attend à du matériel un peu cheap mais on est agréablement surpris. Très pratique pour faire de l'unilatéral sur du tirage vertical dos (avec poignée adaptée), mais aussi pour les triceps. Contrairement à la photo, n'essayez pas pour du tirage horizontal ou les bicpes, c'est inefficace et pas pratique. Le tout semble solide, mais léger doute sur les mousquetons... à voir sur le long terme, mais au pire on en trouve des plus solides. Il y a des vidéos sur YouTube qui montrent son fonctionnement, et quelques astuces. C'est un excellent investissement pour un home gym de base, en complément de la salle de sport ou même en remplacement. C'est pas une poulie de salle, mais ça suffit pour les pratiquants réguliers et amateurs.
