The media could not be loaded.  These candles are great, waterproof & the best option for outdoor use or in the distance. Would be great for a decorated lantern in or outdoors. I had purchased for use in dining area where you see it up close.2 things that are a win for outdoor or distance reality are sub par for closer up:- they’re plastic, like visibly hard plastic up close. Textured so not like shiny fake plastic, but many candles like this are actually wax on the outside which I was assuming. This is a win for outdoors in summer so they don’t melt or get stuff stuck to them, scraped, dented or maybe steamy bathrooms even! Not so ideal for seeing in fair lighting closer up.-the dip down cut in front exposing the fake flickering flame is slightly tacky & ultra fake. Literally all 3 cut down to fully reveal the fake flame. This is cute for distance in a lantern though or a display away from the naked eye. Ambient candle light. Not decorative to replace actual candles.Another no for me & the use I needed for: The “flames” also make a very quiet, ticking sound as they flick around. The remote was also weird to manage the 3 candles & not all 3 would respond at all times which was super annoying when adjusting brightness & timer as they wouldn’t all always respond & then all 3 are different brightness & maybe all but 1 turn off on timer & you don’t know till it’s still going while others are off. Very cool to adjust brightness on these too though!In pictures/videos & in a darker room where they are the only light, they do appear to be real flickering candles (see video).I wish I had another use for these but just did not so returned. But they are quite good pending your needs, just didn’t suit mine.

I have several sets of these candles. I love the flickering light effect and they truly look real up on my mantel.

The media could not be loaded.  So if I could I would rate 5 stars but no because the little light doesn’t glow as much as the other ones idk if I just got a bad batch with the mini candle or if the battery is bad idk but do know with me the little one isn’t as good as the others but the other two work amazingly and with the video I added the middle one (the little) one is on and I did use the remote to brighten it but still no hope ;/

I love how soft the light is. It looks nice and relaxing in the dark. It also looks nice with one lamp in the room. It sets the romantic mood. You can take a nap and set the timer to 2, 4, 6, or 8 hours. You don’t have to worry about setting your house on fire!

I really like the way these look on my dining room table. They provide a nice accent to the table and set such a pretty mood. I have used the remote and timer several times. I almost forgot it had a remote because I didn’t use these immediately after purchasing. So when I did I thought that I had to turn the on/off switch each and every time I used the candles. I thought to myself, well this is t all that convenient. Wish it had a remote. Then I looked over on my bookcase a couple days later and saw that there was indeed a remote that I had forgotten about. I was like a kid in the candy store. I programmed the lights to turn off after 4 hours and now they come on automatically at the same time every evening and auto shut off so when I come down in the morning they aren’t on flickering aimlessly during daylight hours. It’s nice to have the ambient light in the eat-in kitchen, especially if someone goes into the space at night when all the lights are off. They can be assured that there is a “night light” to guide them until they get to a switch, if they even need it. At first these just feel like a cheap plastic and you’re not sure if it’s really gonna do the trick but for my needs, it does.If I had to make a change/improvement, I’d work on a prototype that felt more like the real thing (this could drive up the price so would need to still have the cheaper plastic option for those who want to save money and don’t care as much for stricter aesthetics). I’d also add a feature where it gave off a light scent when turned on. That would be cool! I’d also add a “flame” color option just in case you want to get a bit funky with colors sorta like those color changing light bulbs.I’d recommend to a friend.

These candles look like the real deal. Unless you study these up close, you’ll swear it was a real candle. They’re just awesome. I highly recommend this item.

I love the look of candles but sometimes fall asleep while watching TV & these take the worry out of having real candles burning. Love the natural flicker look. The remote works good!
