This is a great knife spreads so easily and also cuts and easy to wash.

Good size butter knife
This is a large size butter knife with a serated edge. Spreads the butter easily in a couple of strokes and cuts the bread easily too.

Disappointment. Cannot recommend.
The blade feels to big for sandwich spreading, although that size might be helpful for some uses ? The handle feels too thin and insubstantial. We use holding the middle of the knife, gripping the blade. The blade is very sharp, but the extreme bevel edge drives the direction of the cut. Regular thin slices seem impossible.

de taille raisonnable, la lame est bien large pour tartiner, solide et coupante. Au dรฉpart, je voulais acheter un couteau ร beurre muni de trous pour un รฉtalement plus facile, mais tous ceux que j'ai regardรฉs comportaient des commentaires les classant dans la catรฉgorie de "gadgets peu solides", ou bien "trop petits", ce qui fait que, au final j'ai choisi celui-ci, et j'en suis pleinement satisfaite, donc il fait trรจs bien l'affaire, avec sa lame solidement fixรฉe et je le recommande (ce n'est pas un gadget). Par contre, faire attention, il est bien prรฉcisรฉ que la lame est coupante.
