Please be aware that when you order the pack of 100 bags, you won't actually get the full 100. The title, Summary and Pack size shows 100 and you wouldn't be any wiser.. until you actually count them.. I got 95, saw someone else reviewing saying they got 90.. The pack is actually APPROX. 100 and you can only find this info if going past title and summary into small print in description. Seller unhelpful whatsoever when I contacted about the issue.Bags themselves are ok, nothing extra special. Not very strong but enough to have food wrapped.

Used for sandwiches and wrapping food that does not need to be air tight instead or cling film or tin foil to be more envirmentally conscious.Also used to bad seed pods that have dried from the garden.Nice and string, do not rip easily.This is thesecond batch that I have purchased. Excellent value. Excellent size.

The placement of the glue during manufacture was off so quite a few of the bags were glued shut down their centre lines. Attempts to open the bag by gently teasing always resulted in some damage to the paper wall rendering bag liable to split open upon use. Outcome: about 1/5 of supplied bags were useless. I bought these to stop using plastic bags from supermarket and reduce waste. I tried for a while to only buy products not wrapped in plastic, but it's nearly impossible unless you're prepared to go to multiple shops or eat very restricted diet.

I bought these as an environmentally friendly replacement for sandwich bags/cling film as I didn’t want to have to carry a tupperware box around with me. I stupidly thought that they’d be airtight enough for a few hours, but my sarnies were stiff as a board when I went to eat them. Great for protecting grapes against handbag fluff, but no good for anything fresh, or oily like nuts, popcorn or pastries. They’re quite durable, so would be ok for other items. I’ve ordered compostable sandwich bags instead.

Fine, what I expected.Plastic packaging totally unnecessary. No point making recyclable choices only to have it arrive in plastic.

Have found veg etc in fridge keep longer and fresher in paper bags than in the plastic they come in. Great value and helping to reduce the plastic mountain.

Great basic brown paper bags. I use them to pack daughters sandwiches in for school as an alternative to plastic based sandwich bags. Quality is ok for what I need it for. Bags come attached on a string loop in one corner like old green grocer bags. Good quantity for the price as well.

This product is ideal to hold many foodstuff and keep them dry but not sweat and become ruined as many plastic containers do. I use for fruit and seeds. Also for pack up and sandwiches.Old traditional packaging for many things.Paul C
