Read the labels. This company originally represented this product as containing 200mg of elemental magnesium. (See first picture) They continued to represent this product as containing 200mg but changed the label on the back to reflect only 36mg elemental magnesium glycinate. (Second photo, left bottle). Now the rear label reflects 36mg elemental magnesium using also magnesium oxide (second photo, right bottle) which is considered the least absorbable form of magnesium. It's also the least expensive form of magnesium. It now makes sense why I've had a hard time raising my magnesium levels. I wish I had caught their label changes sooner. That part is on me. Playing loose and fast with descriptions and labels is on them.

Bad product
DO NOT BUY THIS. DO NOT BUY THIS. DO NOT BUY THIS. DO NOT BUY THIS. The reviews do not reflect the current product. They have changed the recipe to include magnesium oxide. The laxative effect was there straight away. This used to be a fantastic product and was amazing for my migraines. This is another supplement company doing switch and bait. Get a load of good reviews then change the ingredients. They are now using Albion chelate which gives me headaches and the laxative effect. I intend to inform amazon about this because the reviews are not for this product.

Liking it so far
I started taking this a couple of days ago and was pleased that it does not cause diarrhea as the full dose of most other oral magnesiums do.In addition, the capsules are small and easy to swallow compared to the large tablets I was taking. I'm hoping to see some other good benefits as it gets into my system.

Excellent supplement! I formerly used Bluebonnet and Solaray, and have found this one superior in formula and price. Helps me sleep and provides support for my IBS and heart condition. Gentle on my stomach.

Great for blood pressure
I purchased this as a supplement to help get my blood pressure in check. It did the trick! I take it at night before bed to avoid digestive disturbance during the day.

This product ingredients have changed to include magnesium oxide , which differs from what I have been purchasing under this brands name. I will no longer trust buying the NutiElite brand again.

Product arrived in good time. Packaging was excellent. So far I think this is helping me sleep a bit more soundly. I generally feel somewhat more calm than usual - compared to the anxiety attacks I was feeling most of the day every day. Hope this keeps improving.
