Quick review of the So Me Nutrition Magnesium Citrate 440mg - 180 Vegan Friendly Tablets.I've been taking Magnesium Citrate for a couple of years now for the health benefits but mainly to help counter that 'restless leg syndrome'.If you've taken magnesium supplements before you'll be familiar with the pill size, a bit on the chunky side and like horse pills but go down easily with a glass of water. :)As to efficacy I've found the 'So Me' brand works just as well as the other brands I've used in the past, 2 other popular ones that are made in the UK, they work 100% as they should.I've been using these ones for about a month now and have had no issues and for a quick gauge of how they work I use the above mentioned annoyance that is jerky leg for one reference on efficacy.It's done my head in for years until I started reading up on vitamins and minerals and can say I havent had issue with it since taking magnesium.I'd recommend these for consideration if you're interested as they work like the other brands I've tried (I know Amazon can be a bit iffy about namechecking but the other two I've tried in the past are 'rhymes with 'Bin den' and 'Mu U' :P).Pleased with purchase and would buy again.Cheers!

Excellent service from the seller but unfortunately they are large, very chalky and therefore difficult & unpleasant to swallow. Two adults in the household take them and both say the same.

This is my second time buying this supplement. I buy it for myself and for my elderly mother. She suffers from leg muscle crumps and this magnesium helps a lot! She wouldn't be without it. Great magnesium at a good price. Highly recommend!

Very difficult for to swallow sort of sticks in mouth and if you don’t swallow immediately the taste is disgusting .. would not recommend

In The Netherlands, where I live, a Magnesium Citrate product like this, with the same quality/pricing was not available. Delivery by So Me however, was very fast and package was well received. Top quality product, easy to swallow tablet. Hope to see more So Me Nutrition products in future.
