I bought this on suggestion of my GP as the wrist BP machine i bought was giving false and misleading readings, whereas this is giving more accurate readings (it's nearer the GP's classic/manual method of stethoscope with the pressure pump blood pressure cuff which they swear by). Easy to set up, you can connect Bluetooth easy as downloading the app, sign into Google account, and press down the 2 buttons on the machine to put it into discovery mode. It logs each reading to my mobile phone via Bluetooth, uses traffic light code to indicate your BP range, and there's even a switch option if someone else needs to check their BP too without their result going onto your readings, and it has a larger cuff option too if you have thicker arms like myself. It might cost a fair bit more than most, but 110% worth it for accuracy and reliability. I should have bought this one in the 1st place and saved myself the hassle and stress when I had record my BP readings for a week for the GP.

Exactly what as described Braun equipment is very well made the quality is excellent 👌 Easy to use, comes with two different sizes of upper arm compression units, Easy to use for all the family, placement indicating position are actually clearly indicated on the Upper Arm Compression units, I have interfaced the Braun with my mobile 📱 which keeps a history, you can if you like using the Braun App send data to your Doctor - GP it has indications of normal health & different levels of blood pressure regions, giving advice to contact a Health care provider, It a solid unit comes in a material type zip case enough room for spare 4 AA Battery's, Easy to use for me & I'm a pensioner, my wife uses it as well, it's simple operation one press button 👍 The App is really useful & that's downloaded for free. Definitely recommended unit, it's a certified unit within the Health Care Industry, Good size display 👌 can read without my specs 👓 In all Excellent it is provided with 4 x AA Battery's 👌

It measures BP! Easy to set up (sync first and all the date time etc stuff syncs) then syncs well with the Braun App. App itself does all it should and daily, 7, 14 and 30 day averages easy to generate. Useful when discussing with GP etc. I'd give it 5 but you usually want to average 2 readings and that means switching on and off - its not really a hassle as the on/off and start button is the same one - annoying but doesn't impact on synching in anyway. Accuracy - who knows. I only buy machines that have EU and/or UK certificates and assume these are fit for purpose. This one is EU certified.

A 5 star product so far in terms of accuracy and ease of reading. The monitor is extremely easy to use, the display is a good size and it’s colour coded so you know if your reading is normal or elevated. The monitor comes with 2 cuffs (which are suitable for arm sizes Small - XL), batteries, instructions and a storage bag. It can also connect to a smart phone via the healthy heart app and store 2 users readings in A and B settings. It gives you the option of seeing trends/patterns forming etc. The only thing you need to be aware of and what I think is a slight negative is the arm cuffs have a blue pipe that connects to the monitor, and I feel these are quite short in length. if you place the monitor on a table and move, turn or ever so slightly twist the monitor will fall! You really have to make sure you do not move at the point the cuff is connected to the monitor, so if it’s connected to the app…open the app first and place the phone nearby… you won’t have enough flexibility to reach. Obviously, you should be sat still when you take your reading and I’ve given it 5 stars as it’s a really good product, but I would imagine it would be a bigger consideration if you were a wheel chair user and couldn’t get close to a table/flat surface (it needs a longer length tube) or potentially if your larger in size and there’s a longer distance from your arm to whatever your resting the monitor on. I’ve used the monitor for my own personal use and on family members and it’s been accurate so far.

With the recent 2nd lockdown I was unable go into my GP surgery to use their blood pressure machine. This caused an issue as I take medication for blood pressure and want to monitor it carefully. This product was my solution, and I guess this is my story. The item arrived earlier than expected and was packaged very well with no damage at all to the box. The monitor comes with two different sized cuffs that I think would fit any arm unless you're a hulk in which case larger cuffs can be purchased I believe from braun direct. There is a colour led screen that is bright and easy to read. Within minutes of unpacking the monitor it was squeezing my arm and taking my blood pressure as well as my pulse. It is tight but not as tight as others have reported and not as tight as the GP's machines. The machine is easy to use with its simple display, I downloaded the app, set up a profile and by the magic of Bluetooth my readings appeared on my phone. These can now be saved on my phone as well and sent go my GP via email to negate the need for so many appointments hopefully. The readings seem accurate, they are in line with my usual readings from the doctor so I'm happy with that side of things. I will say it'll be interesting taking my blood pressure at different times of the day to see what trends it goes through. The machine also has two profiles and a sixty memory for both I think if you don't want to send your readings to a phone. The app is great and shows a lot of information and allows you to set reminders for medication and blood pressure readings. The machine is so easy to use, just pop the cuff on, press one button and off it goes. Can't really get any easier that that can you? In short for the offer I got this machine at, and the performance it gives it really was a good buy. I cannot recommend it enough if you need to watch your blood pressure. Update. Apprx two weeks later. I have had to return this monitor, while I was haply with the results my father in law took ill. We took this blood pressure three times whilst on the phone to a GP and the results led to paramedics being called out. They took his readings with their monitor and it was all in 'normal(ish)' range. I asked for them to test me and I was showing quite high, while this monitor was showing slightly high. The paramedic tested herself with both machines and the home one was about 20% out all of the time. This led to paramedics wasting a trip and me passing 2 weeks of false readings to my gp which now has to be sorted out.

Very accurate measurements for arm cuff blood pressure monitor. Batteries included with purchase and 2 sized upper arm cuffs- covering all sizes. Bluetooth function makes it a pleasant and enjoyable exercise. Every reading is recorded in an easy to comprehend way. Colour coded readings, graphs and warnings. Afib warning- which is accurate, because I suffer with Afib! Overall a very comprehensive and easy to use monitor. I have owned several over the years, some of which were 4 or 5 times more expensive than this model. I can say that overall, this is the most accurate, easiest to use and the best value- by far.

Speicher für 2 Personen ist vorhanden und speichert die letzten 60 Messwerte. Anzeige von Datum und Uhrzeit, Uhrzeit leider nur im 12-Stunden Format (am/pm). Angezeigt wird neben dem Blutdruck auch der Puls, sowie evtl. auftretende Herzrhythmusstörungen durch ein Symbol. Gemessen wird bereits beim Aufpumpen. Zusätzlich gibt es noch eine Anzeige, ob der Blutdruck im niedrigen, mittleren oder oberen Bereich liegt. Die Messwerte können per Bluetooth in die App geladen werden. In der App gibt es statistische Auswertungen und die Möglichkeit, ein Protokoll zu erzeugen, z. B. zur Mitnahme zum Arzt. Somit kann das Schreiben in einen Blutdruckpass entfallen. Die Messwerte lagen bei einer Vergleichsmessung beim Arzt (klassisch mit Stetoskop) 3 - 5 Punkte unter dem Wert. (Das Gerät, dass ich vorher hatte, lag 3-5 Punkte über dem Wert.) Es läuft zuverlässig und problemlos, der Speicher bleibt auch bei Batteriewechsel erhalten, allerdings muß die Bluetooth - Verbindung neu hergestellt und Datum und Uhrzeit wieder eingestellt werden, wobei Datum und Uhrzeit sich sofort einstellen bei einer Bluetooth-Verbindung mit dem Handy. Dies gilt auch für Sommerzeit. Eine Transporttasche und eine Bedienanleitung sind ebenfalls dabei. Die App erfüllt grundlegende Erfordernisse, könnte sicherlich komfortabler sein und noch optimiert werden. Alles in allem ist es ok.
