Easily to assemble and adjust; stylish and comfortable. I was looking to upgrade my desk chair because I mostly work from home and needed something with better lumbar support. I purchased the faux brown leather chair with thick cushion and have been very happy with it so far. I was initially annoyed with how easily the chair tilted; but later realized that the tilt tension just needed to be tightened further. Other than that, the only real "issue" I've noticed is that the chair buttons can sometimes float if you've been sitting for awhile and have been moving around a lot; but this is unique to the thick cushion and isn't really a problem (the button fasteners have to be long to accommodate for the rise/fall of the large seat cushion). All in all, very happy with my purchase and feel that the quality far surpasses the price point.

Chair looks good. It'ss comfortable, and has a good amount of recline. Quality and sturdiness met my expectations for this price point. Did have a minor issue with a damaged component, but customer service was fast and easy to work with. Customer service shipped a replacement component almost immediately.

Beautiful chair, very comfortable. 6’2 200lbs and confidently supports me in any position. I have a bad lower back and it doesn’t flare up in this chair. The arm rests have loosened up over time but it’s easy enough to re-tighten. Otherwise the corners of the arm rests can be kind of crunchy between the lining and where the foam meets on the corners. 2 minor negatives aside, I think for the money it’s better than most options.

Very cute office chair! It is very comfortable, has padded arm rests. I like that the back of the seat comes up higher, it allows me to rest my head. I have used this chair for the past 9 months and it has held up great. Does have a slight indent where I sit, but it has not affected the comfort of the seat. I do not use it all day everyday, but it does get a lot of use. Easy to roll on wood floors or rugs.

This chair is quite beautiful and relatively easy to assemble, but after several months of normal use, the seat padding has compressed and flattened. As a result, it is no longer supportive at all, and I am experiencing terrible back and neck pain. For context, I am tall but small, so the flattening is not due to weight or anything. The positioning of the back/neck rest is also odd. It kind of pushes your back forward and doesn't support your neck at all. The chair is also not particularly sturdy, and doesn't recline smoothly. I attempted to return the chair a couple of months ago, but was told I just needed to "fluff" the seat padding, which isn't really possible. Terrible company to work with, unfortunately. Not worth the price.

For the price, this is a great office chair. Very easy to assemble in less than 30 min. Just be sure to notice the arrows that indicate the direction the seat faces so that you place the adjustor on the bottom of the seat in the correct direction. (There are no notes is the assembly instructions on these arrows.) The chair is beautiful and very comfortable. I’ve only had it two weeks, but it feels sturdy. It can tilt way back and the tilt tension works great. I love this chair! Perfect for a big guy.

Great comfy, handsome and affordable option for a big tall person, I'm 6"3 220. This one replaces a nearly identical model after 6+ years of daily use.

I just got this chair in today and assembled in about 30 minutes. After reading some other reviews I was a little worried about the assembly and I should not have been at all. It was pretty simple and straightforward. I even had a toddler “helping” and was just fine. The quality seems to be very nice so far, granted it’s only been an hour. The tilt mechanism is smooth and overall it does seem pretty sturdy. I’m 6’ tall and average build and it’s the perfect size. The suede feels great also. Its nice to say that it seems to me that maybe this company has taken a lot of the previous reviews into consideration. I am not disappointed in the slightest. Hopefully I will be able to update this review after some time has passed.

I love this chair. It's super comfortable and my posture is so much better in it. It was worth the investment and it looks so nice and expensive. It wasn't too hard to put together either. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful! Bought two for our shared home office. I’m 5’2 and husband is 5’11 and we both find them very comfy. Supports lower back and I’m short enough to use head rest. Easy assembly. Material is beautiful, I’m hoping it holds up and does not crack.

wheels feel loose, seating cushion not very comfortable, chair keeps squeaking.

I love the way this chair looks, and it’s really comfortable. The only downside is that it’s kinda squeaky when you move, so it sounds like you are farting on zoom calls sometimes.
