I’m giving them five stars for their customer support alone.What had happened was...We purchased three fans and had them installed by a certified electrician. Because we don’t have a clue about DIY anything. Plus, the ceiling in the living is about 12 to 14 feet at the apex where our old fan hung from.After the electrician put it up the fan didn’t work. The LED light worked perfectly with both the controller and the phone app.Contacted Amazon who had us contact the seller. After a few back and forth emails they sent us a new motor. We could handle that part because it wasn’t all the way at the top, but where the fan was at the bottom of that pole thing. See what I mean by clueless? I don’t even know the name of that pole thing.Anyway we managed to switch out the motor and get the fan back up there.Nada. Same thing. Light worked but not the fan.Now, it’s been several weeks since we bought it. Between the delivery time and us waiting for the weekend to deal with it.This time I asked for a new entire fan.They sent it.We had been going back and forth email wise about what the issue could be. My fear was the electrician had messed up the wiring at the top. He’d had some issues when working it and I was afraid I’d have to call them or another electrician and she’ll out more bucks to get this thing going.Got the fan. We switched the entire fan out except for the pole and all that.I didn’t expect it to work, but it did. Hallelujah!The customer support team was great and sent us return postage for the old motor and the old fan. We told them that we think it was a problem with the LED fixture and they simply asked us to supply the tracking number so they could make sure it gets pulled and looked at.Now that we have everything working, it’s a great fan. Absolutely love it!

I needed a fan that was 15 lbs or less and this fan is wonderful. I also like a lot of light and then dimmer light as needed. You can basically read the paper by this light. It also has a dimmer switch that allows more mood lighting at night. I love love love this fan.

Bought these fans a while ago and had them in storage because of hurricane Ian. FinallyGot the house fixed up and had them professionally installed. Right out of the box the motor is humming and clicking. Install guy said it’s bad motor. Of course I cant return them through Amazon because the time has elapsed. Very low quality fans for such a high price. No quality control. Should have stuck with Minkaire. Also can’t turn off the lights with the remote.

I can't wait to sync this fan to my Alexa! It's quiet; like it said it would be. I wasn't as crazy about the very plastic-looking blades on the fan. You just can't tell what something will look like online until you get it.

Love this fan. It's quite, lights are great for night time grilling. And it puts off a good amount of air.

I love the look and function of this fan however, one day it just stopped working. I had electrician come out and they were unable to get the fan to work, but verify the power to the fan. Very disappointed in this purchase.

Bought this for new office, it helps for refresh the air during this period. For me, I think it's easy install, but you need to follow the instructions carefully, especially the led light. Other than that I think is perfect fan. BTW, I very like the cell phone app to control the fan, it's very convenient! This is a plus for the fan.

The media could not be loaded.  It’s beautiful and worked well for about a month. Now it has an awful knocking sound no matter what speed. It was professionally installed. We have tried everything to fix the problem. Really dissatisfied and disappointed.
