I installed the cartridge as it should be. It immediately jammed in the machine, so much so that I cannot now use my printer. A false economy!!

Have used this company, to buy my HP compatible inks, for ages. Never had a problem.I use my printer a lot and wouldn't like to pay HP prices !

Does not fit
Rubbish. Do not fit in the black port. Too small. Useless. Unfortunately I didn’t need to install for a few months so didn’t notice and now can’t get an exchange or a refund. Do not buy
