Global Door Controls 1-1/8 in. Right Hand Mortise Lock with Deadlatch Function

The latch works with our electric strike, but we had to re use the old faceplate.

Bought this to replace a broken one on my store front door. Description is misleading. Arrived in a LEFT HANDED position despite being sold as a "right handed'. After spending a half hour disassembling it, I discovered the device is reversible. The latch is spring loaded...simply grab it with a pair of pliers, pull out gently & it rotates to the other position. IF instructions had been included or the description included he word "reversible" it would have save a lot of time & frustration. Otherwise it arrived on time & once installed, works fine.

You get what you pay for, they appear to be internally identical to Adams Rite,Direct Adams Rite replacement however binding and latch issues started happening after about 3 months
