Can it be cut to length if I order too much?

Hello, the cable is made to a fixed resistance and cannot be shortened or lengthened without affecting the cables performance, we advise against cutting. However if you find the cable is a little too long you can always adjust your wire spacing to use up more wire. Our sqft coverage is calculated at 3inch spacing but this can be reduced slightly to utilize more cable.

Does this product come with strapping?

Hello, this kit does not include strapping, however you'll find we have the same kits available with strapping, you can search 'LuxHeat floor heating' for all our floor heating kit options.

Great products, easy to install

Kit included everything I needed, apart from the uncoupling membrane which I purchased separately. Cable was easy to work with and clipped easily into the uncoupling membrane, had to change my layout a few times to use all the cable but thankfully this wasn't an issue with the membrane. Everything’s working fine, loving the warm floor!
