Like the flavor, magnesium and zinc is good for bone health and improve density. It's a good product and a great supplement for muscle functions and reduce stress.

Have used swisse effervescent magnesium tablets before this. They were superb. But these are just average not very effective. The best one to go for is schuessler tissue salt if you want to use magnesium for cramps and pain.
