Great quality. Works well. Easy to use. The included tips are a plus. There is a BUT...I just don't think the hassle of ordering the cartridges are worth the time and money. Whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla whipped and piped, produces the same effect, and you don't have to worry about not being able to acquire the cartridges locally, or having to wait to receive them.

I’ve been using the dispenser for a couple of days now and love it! It was very easy to clean, assemble, fill, and charge. The written instructions are very odd and don’t make a ton of sense, but the pictures are easy to follow and there are many YouTube videos out there on how to use this type of product.My family loves cafe-style drinks, especially the blended “frappe” style ones for summer, but getting them at coge shops can add up very quickly, so I figured out how to make them at home using frozen milk ice cubes, espresso powder, and Torani brand coffee syrups from the grocery store. I was buying the whipped topping in the disposable can to top them, but it’s full of extra unnecessary ingredients and we also try to keep our family’s consumption of single-use, disposable items to a minimum when we can. It seems so wasteful to throw the whole thing away when you use up all the cream. This thing is the perfect solution as the only thing you “use up” is the cartridge, which is metal and can be recycled.I can get a half gallon of pure heavy whipping cream without additives at my local Costco for a very good price. I just added a teaspoon of my favorite sweetener and a little vanilla to the specified quantity of heavy whipping cream and poured it into the pre-chilled dispenser. After charging with a cartridge, I had beautiful whipped cream for my homemade frappes. My preteen Starbucks-obsessed daughter has been in heaven. It’s very easy to dispense. It requires barely any pressure at all, unlike the single-use cans which can be a little finicky and have to be pressed just right.I don’t know why I didn’t order this thing sooner. If you regularly buy canned whipped cream, this is a must have for your house.

Piece of crap. Third time i used it the treads are so fouled i couldn't unscrew it. Threw it away. Don't waste your money in this piece of junk. Cheap Chinese crap.

Your ad showed the air bullets that were usually purchased together, so I bought them. Too bad they weren’t the ones required for operation. I didn’t go to use this product for awhile so I did not check it upon arrival. My fault for not checking, but your fault for faulty advertising.

Only issue is the black o-ring broke but we make several hundred whip creams since purchases to the tip wiggles and needs tightening every day

Such a great tool for my kitchen. Easy to use and set up even if it is your first time using this kind of dispenser. It comes with multiple tips for endless options of decorating patterns with whipped cream. it is built with really good quality materials but no heavy al all so is super easy to handle and so airtight that the cream last a lot storage in the dispenser.

I’m so excited about this! It’s easy to use, very high quality, and works great. I’m happy that we won’t have to buy the canisters of cream from the store anymore and will just be able to use this. Very happy with this product!
