They got back to me immediately and exceeded my expectations in terms of resolution!Bought this on Prime Day 2020 and just used it and have to say this little baby has great suction power, maneuverability and is super light weight! It has a streamlined design and is actually pretty fun to use. I think it’s esthetically appeasing too.I emptied out the filter when I was done and was SHOCKED at how much hair, dust and crumbs it picked up. I was able to use this on all the hard wood surfaces in the house and it still had a pretty good charge when I was done. I specifically bought this to use on my hardwood floor and I think this sweeper is exactly that, a sweeper (not a vacuum) I appreciate the battery indicator so you know how much juice is left. You do need a power adaptor for the USBC charging cable however in this day and age, we all have spares laying around.I considered getting the Dyson cordless vacuum but ultimately decided that this Prime Day deal was just too good to pass up. So glad I bought this! I have used the Dyson version of this and in all honesty, I think the Deerma cordless vacuum is the way to go. Even at full price, I wouldn’t think twice about buying this.

Keep in mind that this is literally a floor sweeper, the label of ‘vacuum’ can be misleading because it definitely doesn’t have that power. It’s GREAT for sweeping the floor of that thin layer of dirt/grit/crumbs (which is exactly what I bought it for)or whatever other small particles but it’s suction power is lacking for anything more than that. Even small leaves or pines needles are a struggle. If you’re looking for more vacuuming power go with a more industrious name brand stick vacuum. This thing is a great, lightweight, sweeper for a quick job, even light and maneuverable enough with the brush attachment to use for window sills and floor boards or other light dusting of hard, straight surfaces. Battery life is sufficient for those jobs but again, if you’re looking for floor vacuum for anything long term battery isn’t terribly lengthy but I’m able to sweep my whole downstairs (all hard floor) and then some with enough battery. It will get light dirt/crumbs off of rugs but I haven’t tested it further than that, doesn’t seem like suction would be sufficient for doing much on carpet. Its easy to charge, change heads, and take apart to empty, and pulls the equivalent dirt pile I get when I sweep thoroughly so gets four stars for great, lightweight sweeping ability.

First off the --- suction power is USELESS. I tried to pick up kitty litter and it won't even pick that up. Second --- battery life. After using this vacuum 5 times the battery only charged to 1 bar out of 4 and only worked for about 2 minutes. Tried multiple chargers as it is a USB C charger and I have an Android phone, but that did not help. Third --- Weight. It is light weight. But a light weight waste of money that I can no longer return. The maneuverability is horrid and if you try to move it to the left or right the tiny little rubber wheels make a screeching sound that's like nails on a chalkboard. I wish I could give this a negative 5. Do not buy. So now I have a useless piece of junk lying around. I can't even use it as a coaster like a bad CD. The auction is very weak and the tiny little wheels scratch up hardwood floors.

Loved this so much for under kitchen table and light work that I bought one for my brother who has a bird and young grand children. He now wants one for his boat. It's not going to replace a big vacuum but helps tremendously for quick pickups. Light weight and 2 speeds, good suction for crumbs, bird seed, light dirt, treat it kindly and it will last a long time. This is not for deep cleaning but actually fun to use because it's light and maneuverable but could have had a clip to hold the crevice nozzle and wall hanging clip is too week to hang it but does hold it upright if it stands on the ground.

The negatives: Suction power is lost pretty quickly once the debris adds up. You can hear it lose power when it does tho so that’s sort of an indicator to empty the bin. It’s good on hard surfaces. Less so on carpet and rugs. Doesn’t do that well with hair at all. The suction cup that comes with it doesn’t stick to the wall very well at all. Ours lasted a week. Cleaning it out is kinda nasty. Often have to reach inside the inner part and pull trapped hair, debris, and dust.The positives: decent battery charge so far. Handy attachment allows you to do some car vacuuming. It’s very good on hard surfaces for dirt, food debris, etc. it’s very lightweight. My 3 year old “uses it” easily.Update a year later: there is a piece inside the conical filter that you can remove. It appears to be an extra filter. Removing this greatly enhances suction ability. I don’t know the long term effects on the vacuum by removing it but I’ve had it removed for several months now and no issues so far.

We took this vacuum in additional of our Miele Turbo to take care of small things.We did not expect the same suction as our normal vacuum but the suction is very low even in turbo mod. Which Christmas, we used it to get the tree needles... and it was a pain!The vacuum has a very nice design and in white it s not driving any attention. That been said, the weight and the maneuverability is not great: too heavy when not using the stick and too long even with the shortness accessories. Last the battery is a joke, you have to plug it all the time as you barely do 5min to 7 min in max speed.I’m returning it

Me gusto lo cómodo que es aspirar sin cordón pero no tiene mucho tiempo de uso, hay que recargarla nuevamente.

La carga completa solo me dura para limpiar la sala y una habitación despues de ello se descarga y hay que volverla a conectar a la corriente electrica.No la recomiendo
