Skeptical to impressed
I was disappointed at first as its not a massager as you might expect because there is no kneading. It’s more of a tens unit but still effective if you have neck pain. The heating element works really well and is relaxing. My instructions were in English. Turn on the button on the unit itself. The remote is only for changing the pulse modes, intensity and heat.

My wrist hurt very badly for months before I bought this, after 2 times used, my wrist stopped hurting me and every time my wrist starts to hurt I using this for my wrist, also work for my shoulder too. I love this massage, tell all people I know to buy this

Neck electronic pulse
It sends electric pulse onto your neck. Instructions are in Asian language so that's not helpful to understand how to use. It works ok but not too thrilled able It

Relief
I wish it would be more flexible to get to my shoulder. It only works on my left shoulder and that is my problem. I still like it and I use it everyday.

Can barely feel the pulsation
This product was easy to set up and use however I could barely feel the electrical pulses on my neck therefore returned as it was not a good product for me
