Big aged and funky cheese fan, the GF has worked for BelGioioso for years.This was far from what I hoped and read about.Honestly it was like eating a soft crayon with a 'flavour' ... really not great.Rind is pathetic, the whole vibe is just plastic.It did come nearly 2 weeks earlier, good packaging.

Loved the flavor, melts in your mouth. It's a very tough cheese though, like broke an old knife touch, but still tasty.

The cheese arrived promptly and sealed in a temperature controlled bag. I loved the cheese and would certainly order more. It practically melts in your mouth and adds a great flavor to whatever you decide to use it with. I made sandwiches and even put some on a pizza. Great taste.

Great for a cheese platter, goes with meats and wine! A lb is only about 1/5 of a wheel, good for 4 people if you have other cheese to share. If you like hard cheeses, you’ll love Mimolette.

This is the best Mimolette I have had since the FDA quarantineLast year it lacked the flavor but this year was quite nice

Fantastic cheese. I heard this wasn't available in the US but after I bought it and had some. Boy am I glad I found it. Great cheese. Will buy again.

Love it! Making appetizers and recipe called for Aged Mimolette. None of the stores around me carry it. Very good. Would definitely buy it again.
