KICKER 4 41DSC654 D-Series 6.5" 480 Watt 2-Way 4-Ohm Car Audio Coaxial Speakers

This one fits really well as a replacement for my MK7 (2019) VW Jetta. I know there are not a lot of information out there what size speakers that fits door factory speakers for your VW Jetta. It's 6.5. The factory speakers is in the spacers so I have to also buy a spacers for these speakers. I got the Metra Universal one inch spacer rings. Like all VW, the factory speakers are not screwed in, it is rivet. So you have to take your time taking them them off, other than that it is not bad. This is a very good replacement for it. Sounds way better than the factory speakers. It is only a couple weeks and I am still with the breaking in stage. But if you are looking for a good upgrade, you can't go wrong with this sets if four and good for the price.

My factory speakers weren't terrible, but they certainly weren't good. I had to turn the bass and trebble all the way up to get any separation, but then the midrange would get muddy, and voices would become blurred and muffled. Tuning out the midrange only made them sound thin and empty. I could get it to work, but it was never quite perfect. After I installed a Kicker factory-fit subwoofer (unamplified) there was a noticeable gap in the sound between the low end and the sub. I needed an upgrade.Before I go on let's agree on some terminology. Treble is the right side of a piano keyboard (tink tink tink) and bass is the left side (bong bong bong). Midrange is (obviously) in the middle, and is also the range where most speaking voices are heard. What many people call bass is actually sub-bass: the rumble or thump that you feel as much as hear. You'll need a subwoofer for that.These Kicker speakers cover that keyboard range beautifully, with ample separation between highs and lows. The bass is full and rich, and trebble is crisp and bright (not brassy or tinny). Midrange is remarkably clear, so voices are unmuffled and distinct. There's no-longer a gap between the bass and the sub-bass. I was able to tune the EQ back to flat and it sounded almost perfect.As I said I'm not running an amplifier, just the factory head unit, but these are still loud and clear. I played Gosh by Jamie XX with the volume on 30 (max is 50) and when the bass hit it caused physical pain. The music was loud but still clear and undistorted.I should note that the units sent to me were model number 43DSC6504, an updated version of the listed model. They also arrived ahead of schedule. Highly recommended product and seller.

Great speakers just doesn't fit well in the back doors of my Subaru like was stated.

Took out my old and replaced with this new Kicker speakers. I know it's not top of the line in the kicker series, but that was not what I was looking for. I needed a pair of replacement speakers and I got 2 pairs for a great price. Removed my old rattling speakers and added these and fit like a glove. So grateful for Amazon to ensure that it fits my vehicle and I'm turning it up during my work commutes. Since I have four I am saving the 2 others for future replacements. Not too shabby.

A tape deck just didnt cut it anymore. But it all came together great. The amp powers my 4 kickers perfectly. I did have a small problem with the amp with the remote relay cutting the power off the amp when the radio turned off. The radio still has a small voltage of 5v on the remote wire when in off mode. This 5v was still enough to not let this amp shut off, but the subwoofer amp that was in parallel using a fused distribution block did not have same problem. I overcame this problem using a simple 12v dc ice cube relay block... it dropped all my voltage at both amps when radio was off.I'm very happy with my Rockville products and the sound quality is amazing. Perfect for my 18' boat. Had to buy a new Optima 750cca battery though to replace older battery.. that cost more than my system. Still being on the lake today with that big smile on my face made up for all the hard work and money!
