Good base coat for Black Light Neon Orange
Mildly UV reactive. Turned out to be a good base coat to use with DecoArt's Black Light Neon Orange. I used gesso as a primer under this paint. Acrylic paints are cheaper in store at Michaels. They are more expensive at Walmart and less selection, but still cheaper than Amazon.

I bought it to touch up a picture frame. But it wasn't a good match. It seems quite a good paint though.
