TM270B Hyperbrush VHS VCR Drum and Head Cleaner

There was not any liquid cleaner with it and my vcr would eject it every time I tried to insert it.

I'm a big fan of the TRACKMATE HyperBrush system to clean VCR heads. Back in the days of VHS popularity, this product was considered one of THE BEST ways to clean the head and drum. I've repetitively used this system and enjoy the results. TIP: while this TM270B model has one brush with 15,000 cleaning fibers, TRACKMATE also made a model with two brushes with 30,000 fibers (the 2nd brush cleans the capstan).-1 STAR due to Amazon's policy of not shipping liquid productsBUYER BEWARE: I received this order 12/20/17 - Amazon was the Seller. They shipped a different Brand (Clean Logic) Video VHS Cleaner Head plus Drums Wet or Dry, which is similar and same technology, but this packaging DOES NOT contain the Cleaning Fluid as pictured in the product's listing photo.

In fact, I am not sure it worked at all. The brush either would not stay in or stay out, when it was supposed to. There is a little piece of plastic that is sticking out, in the way, that I do not remember being there in the one I had, years ago.

It works.

I just opened the package and there was no cleaning solution. The product description clearly states it is included. The instructions in the box say if the vcr hasn't been cleaned in 3 months they recommend that you "buy" the solution. So now I have a head cleaner that is useless until I buy the cleaning solution that I already paid for. Wow!

Did the job and prolonged the life of my VHS player. Glad they still make them!
