These have been a great addition to the home gym. They are very easy to string up, adjust for another exercise, and then remove when done. PROS - So easy to set up, adjust, and take down. - Very solid. - Handles that came with mine and buttery smooth. - Very easy to get exactly even on the two handles. - Great length options, from very short to very long in a couple snaps. CONS - Like all dip rings, you need anti chafe covers if you're doing lots of dips or push-ups. - Pretty trivial, but I don't want to store the extras it comes with since I love the wooden handles. - Would be great if all handles came with a quick attach/remove connection.

I'd never used rings before, but after 6 months of use I can now recommend these. The caribiners are the way to go, easily and quickly adjustable without having to worry your rings are even. The rings themselves are a decent quality and comfortable. I like the slightly thinner diameter to enhance grip strength.
