This is a great product! Definitely helps keep D3 & B12 levels at a pretty normal number. They are so delicious! Smell delicious too!! No after taste! Actually can eat more than i supposed to because they are just that good, Seem Like I'm eating some good gummy bears..Lol... Will definitely by again and again! Worth every penny!

Best B12 on the market
Out of all the vitamin B12 and D this is the best. After taking my blood test my deficiency was gone . The doctor said that my B12 is perfect. I will start ordering again.

Never knew I lacked Vitamin D, maybe because I’m young I never cared. But my older self will appreciate this. I don’t really like taking tablets so this gummy alternative is awesome! I take a vitamin C chewable along with two of these gummies daily. One thing I’d like to note is it says no food or water needed but your body needs fat to properly absorb vitamin D. Just make you take these gummies or any vitamin D supplement with a meal that has a bit of fat in it.
