I really like this mat. It is thin, but has that memory-foam-style squishiness to it. It will not move on the floor, and it will not harm your beautiful floors.No matter how much you sweat, and I have very bad hyperhidrosis, you won't slip on the mat. This statement is for socks and bare feet, because this mat is not intended to be used with shoes.Many people say that this is only for meditation or yoga, but my experience is different. I do very intense dancing and aerobic workouts using my VR headset, and this mat is perfect for that, as long as i am in bare feet.Working out in bare feet with this mat is excellent, because it is soft yet supportive, so I'm addition to the anti-slipb properties, at also cushions your impact.

It is on my carpet and I use it for cardio, weights, yoga and other things. It does not move at all. It is eco friendly so you can't put anything heavy on it or use shoes with cleats, but I am able to work around it easily. The size is great and I am always on the mat due to the round shape not like the rectangular ones that I had before

I have a hardwood floor, and the yoga mat is thick enough that I don't need anything under my knees. It looks great and is a perfect size.

I really like this mat for my little yoga room. It’s the perfect size for any asana. No slippage to my hands or feet and the thickness lends support and comfort. Only con is my dog’s nails easily poke the fabric so it’s off limits to them!

I bought this mat for my workout room. I have it on carpet. It works great. I love it. It doesn't slide or curl. Perfect mat for yoga, aerobics, etc...

I really enjoy this mat over all. I like the included pvc pipe as an additional stretching aid. I like the size of movement space, though being 6’1, a few more inches in diameter would be nice. The bag is decent. The included retention strap is easy and efficient, and packs easy into the included bag. Seems to be durable so far. Ive traveled with it a few times.The surface is grippy and is fairly easy to clean.But…..My knees are fairly durable, yet the foam compresses too much, leaving me with, sometimes painful unbearable pressure points, on various body contact points.I wish it was better quality foam. But overall, it’s nice

I have been wanting a round mat for a long time. This was a great purchase. Great for yoga tai chi or just to roll around. Not very thick but comfortable good grip and stays in place. Upon opening had no smell at all. Appreciate being made from non toxic materials. Very happy.

This is a great mat and I would have given 5 stars, but I have had it for over a month and been using it regularly and it is still slippery. I wiped it down with water, wiped it with an antibacterial wipe, and wiped it down with a dish soap/vinegar solution - have used it over 20 times and there is still an oily slippery feel. I have to wear grip socks and lay a towel across the top so my hands don’t slip. Pretty bummed for the price paid. Thickness is good and may doesn’t slip on floor, and size is great. Just the slippery/oily thing - but that’s a huge boo and affects the experience on the mat.
