This product worked great for a couple of months then dual HDMI ports stopped working. Was disappointed but then the company sent me replacement so changed from 1 star to 5.

Like some other reviewers have noted, the HDMI ports stopped working several months after purchase. However. their customer services were fantastic. They sent a replacement device without any quibble, which arrived the next day.

Bought more than a year ago. Still working. It's just as expected. Very good product.

It worked when I first got it as I tested all the ports. I settled on using the VGA port to connect to my monitor and have been using it without issue for the past year. Recently, I moved house and the new set up requires using the HDMI ports to connect to my monitor instead of the VGA port but I have found they do not work most of the time. I tried multiply HDMI cables and two different monitors but it would only connect occasionally.As I have not used the HDMI ports since initially testing them so I do not know at what point they broke but the other reviews suggest it would have been after a few months. I wish I had noticed in time to return it!

I got this about 2 years ago and it already doesn't work. I treated it well and didn't have time to use it all the time. When I did use it it would get very hot and so using it for long periods of time (bearing in mind I got it so I could draw using my digital drawing pad) was not possible. Within an hour it would be burning to the touch.It did its job and I was very pleased about that but it didn't last long at all. I'm disappointed because now I cannot use my digital drawing pad until I get a replacement. :(For those wondering how heavy it is, it wasn't the lightest but bearing in mind how many things it adapts to that would be expected.

Very good unit for help on your pc

Revised rating down to 2 stars because the unit malfunctioned after 14 months and the network adapter failed. Showed up as a USB hardware issue in Windows device manager. Great while it was working. But it may be some of these units have unreliable components.

Using this with a Dell lap top.Able to run the 2 HDMIs (and lap top screen as 3rd screen if you want) and get internet via the RJ45 (with homeplug) when the house WIFI is under strain. Lots of USBs for webcam, keyboard and mouse.As mentioned in other reviews- the USB C cable is a bit short and this leaves it "hanging" off the desk. I have cable tied it to the charger as strain relief but seems to work fine so far.Pretty good for the money.

Hast el momento que lo he probado con Laptops Dell, funcionan de muy bien, esperemos n oen un par de meses dejen de trabajar, ojala sean duraderos

I had no issues at all. I plugged it in and it just works. I would have liked a tad longer USB cable, but that's not a deal breaker.
