This patio couch & ottoman come in 3 different boxes. The directions were slightly confusing at first but thankfully there were little stickers on each piece so I was able to figure out what went where easily and I must say this has been one of the easiest things I have ever put together. The cushions are a little thin, but the couch doesn’t feel stiff at all. When you sit on the wicker it gives in a bit which makes it that much more comfortable. I also love that I can make whatever combination I want out of the couch. The wicker is light weight so it’s easy to move but not too light that it blows away in the wind. With that being said, the one downfall of this set is the cushions on the back will definitely blow away at the slightest breeze. I’m not sure why it doesn’t have hooks on the back of them similar to the seat cushions to hook into the wicker. It’s an easy fix with some velcro so I’m not too concerned. Overall this is a great product for the price!

First off I want to thank Mia for her impeccable customer service. There was a little mix up with the shipping but she made it right and I got a few extra pieces for free. She was timely in her responses and it put me at ease.The set is beautiful! The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The packages come in3 different shipments so I was able to put the pieces together a few at a time which I get was easier than doing it all at once. Items were packed well and contained all the parts.The cushion quality is very nice and the color is great. I like the toggle pieces on the bottom cushions which secure it to the seat. The rattan is of a better quality with consistent color and weave. I love the table as well.I’m so happy with this set and have already recommended this company to some friends. This purchase was a great value for the money and I will go back to them for other products. Thank you again Mia for your great customer service!!!

This set is perfect for our deck, I have to update this review, after 2 months the cushions are already faded and the water does not drain from the cushions or pillows. Sad because it looks great but the pillows and seat cushions are very bad. Last photo is of the faded cushions after a few months

Was looking for beautiful patio set furniture that would not break my bank account. This set fit the deal it came in three separate boxes faster than the time it stated for arrival. The set is very easy to assemble I did it all myself with no assistance with easy instructions to follow. I had an issue with one of the boxes where the color did not quiet match up to the other in the set. I reached out to their customer service rep via the email on the box...explained the situation and provided photos and a new box was shipped right away! Awesome customer service. Beautiful and comfortable patio furniture. One Happy Customer! Will recommend to others who are looking for patio furniture!

Putting it together is not difficult by any means, but get ready to spend a good 3-4 hours doing it. Which is very reasonable.Wicker is very sturdy and looks great.Cushions do not stay in place very well at all. The seats have little clips to keep them from going too far, but the backs to not. Since you are sitting at a 90 degree angle, it doesn’t take much for the back cushions to fall forward constantly. If you move to get your drink off the table, the back will have fallen for sure.Biggest complaint, combined with the angle of the bottom to back support, unless the lower back to your neck is 12 inches in length, you will be uncomfortable within 10 minutes of sitting. My shoulder blades hang off the back that’s how short the back is. If I slouch more to get more of my back leaning against it, then I’m almost about to fall off of it. I’m only 5’11, 165lbs not some NBA player here Just all around horrible feel to this thing. It does look as good as it does in the pictures, but is awful to actually sit on for any extended period of time.If you just want something to fill the backyard with, this is perfect. If you’re looking to spend some quality time chatting outside with friends and family, skip this one.

Looks great on my deck. Easy enough to assemble even though my wrists hurt after twisting all those bolts into place. (I'm old!) I used a regular screwdriver with an allen wrench tip and it was easier that using the allen wrench itself. Can't wait for the weather to warm up. Nice for the value and not too big.

This is a nice product for the price. The cushions are thinner than I thought they would be and don’t stay on very well even with hooks attached to the frame. But for what I paid it’s perfect for our deck.

It came in 100 pieces wit a1000 screws, that a had to manually screw each one of them. Wit a Allen wrench key, but when all said in done, plus 5 hours of assembly, it came out pretty good
