Good Rice
I have tried many organic white rices and this one does rank very well. I don't tolerate Jasmine or Basmati, but do well on this rice. It is never mushy, if anything a bit al dente. The tone is light and buttery, without much nuttiness or earthy flavor. It is not a heavy rice at all, unlike other similar brands. The only downside is that it may be too light and low in flavor for some. Very good for someone like myself with allergies.
