This is about my fifth set of led light. In almost every aspect its the best. The ease of set up is flawless. Works great with Bluetooth and the smart phone app. The supplied remote is limited to 3 shortcut colour buttons. That's a bit of a pain there are 2 buttons for scrolling through the colours that helps. The only problem I have is evert now and again it start flashing and changing colours. This is either caused by us using our smart phones or using one of the 2 remotes that came with our Sam's Q9 television. I will eventually get the time to sort out what's causing the flashing lights. Thus would not stop me being this product again. Great value. Great quality & ease of setup makes this a very recommendable product. Christopher Smith

I had the perfect product selected and Amazon suggested the 'newer version' and it turns out the smallest TV it was suitable for was 46 inch. I have a 42 inch TV, always 4 inches too short...if you know what I mean😒, and the set up is janky but it works.Bit annoyed that Amazon did me over like that. Make sure you check your TV size and check what size the product is suitable for.Govee lights are flawless though, colours are great, levels of brightness greatI have a Samsung TV and the back of it have a texture feel so the adhesion isn't that great but that's not the products fault at all. Inline remote is great and the little remote that comes with it great also. Haven't used the app and probably won't right now.This product really immerses the TV into another dimension and easy on the eye in all brightnesses from about 3 metres away.

So one thing to mention you are not going to get an all singing dancing light strip similar to Philips hue. It is a basic lightstrip which creates a nice backlighting when watching tv.That said, it does come with a few little effects such as responding to sound so you can have the lights flash to music.The lightstrip fitted perfectly onto the back of my 55’’ TV and no need to take up an extra plug socket to power this thing, instead it comes with a usb power unit that plugs straight into your tv.One thing I found a little disappointing was that you can have just the lightstrip on without the tv being on. Someone may correct me here if this is possible but I couldn’t work it out.For the price this is a decent, well made bit of kit so I would recommend it.

This is a very good brand to buy from, the delivery was prompt arrived in very neat packaging, the box contains everything you need to install correctly behind the tv you get clips with adhesive for tidying up any loose wires and the adhesive on the back of the light strip is very strong and keeps in place well which tbf I wasn’t expecting.Some have mentioned that the size does not fit larger TVs well I have purchased a new 55” tv and it fits just perfect round each side, if you place these right these will definitely fit up to a 55” tv.The remote is very small and could easily be lost but it does everything you need although I have downloaded the app and connected my lights via that as you have many more options, including being able to mix the colours and adjust the brightness the music sync option is fun when having music on.Overall very impressed and a must have for anyone who wants a decent reliable brand of lights.Would definitely buy again, thanks Govee.

The media could not be loaded.  Brilliant well worth buying! This is one of the best things I've ever bought, the video is of the setting on voice mode, it's a bit lagging but overall it is fantastic, its great on any setting but this is my favourite. Got so many colours to choose from its endless. So easy to set up just peel and stick as simple as that. The brightness is good too, it doesn't matter if the tv is close to the wall or not. 5 stars *****

Lights were delivered quickly and packaged well. The lights were on a reel and one continuous assembled cable so no cutting to size required. Where the lights go around the corner there is some flexible cable. However, whilst advertised to be suitable for upto 60 inch tvs, the leds on larger tvs will not run to the edges leaving blackspots at the corners which are noticible, mine was a 55". Would suggest checking size of runs to ensure the leds will run close to the edges to get best visual effect.Installation to TV was simple following instructions. Note though that the wired control is fitted with an ir detector for the remote which needs to be visible if using the remote hence ideally suited to be near the bottom of the TV. The simple. Instructions do not tell you this, only the detailed ones do so don't stick on until installation is planned properly otherwise the ir detector may not reach the bottom of the TV on larger tvs.Stuck on really well and additional clips provide extra support for cables.Remote works well and smart app setup was really easy.Brightness is good with good variation of colours and modes to choose from.Overall good product but not really suited for larger tvs as it leaves blackspots at the corners.

Colours aren't always accurate but it's a great device ..love it

I bought this item a couple of years ago and it still works perfectlyThis products brightness just isn't strong enough for me also it doesn't support Alexa compatibilityi bought it for my tv but due to myself buying a new TV a replaced this item with the Govee lights with camera which are far betterI'm currently using this item on the back of my wooden TV stand
