Great griddle
This has replaced my BBQ for outdoor cooking. Obviously we have to keep it dry, but much more control and very easy to clean. Love it

Faulty design - hot plate keeps pop up during usage
As other reviewer mentioned, it is a good hot plate when it's working but most of the time it wasn't. This is due to the faulty design which the hot plate keeps popping up when the heating is on. It uses a spring-loaded lock mechanism; however, the designer didn’t put into consideration when metal gets hot it'll expand. The locking mechanism will pop up during cooking as the plate gets hot (since its name hot plate). It is purely a design fault.

Great bit of kit!
£175 isn't cheap but it does what it says and much more, awesome for Steaks, Burgers and Fish, plus much more! More of an indoor BBQ!!

Faulty griddle
The grill looked amazing and when it worked it cooked brilliantly, unfortunately the detachable hot plate kept popping up when it got hot making it very dangerous. I eventually returned the item and got my money back. this is definitely a desigh fault so would not recommend unless the company redesigns the catches for the hot plate.

Hotplate Unclips itself not even used ONCE!!
wish i checked the reviews before buying my mum has one she had to bend something to make the hotplate stay down but i shouldn’t have to bend anything to make the hotplate stay down.Gutted as i was just about to cook my tea and it keep unclipping itself Awaiting to return Personally i’d advise people to check other brands out as this is faulty just like all the reviews say . DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE LET DOWN!!!

Grill pops out
Grill keeps popping out during cooking, definite design fault - now trying to return.

I love them. Pluck them to test and it heat up instantly. Yet need to test on the performance and will update my review soon. Update: 12/12/2022 Used to grill homemade satay and it is awesome, cook super fast and shorten my grilling time by half. So happy with the purchase and looking forward to buy another piece to be used in Kuala Lumpur
