I love the set up of these planners but I'll confess I don't always use the boxes for what they are assigned for. Ex: there is a voicemail list section- I use it for general check list. Doesn't bother me to use the boxes for my own purposes, but if you would be bothered by the title nit matching the use this may not be for you. Otherwise, it's very sturdy, easy to turn the pages, great size and very customizable and helpful. Lots of useful features.

Tried and true
I have been using these planners for about 3 years now. I can't imagine doing what I do without it. While this appears to be something that is geared toward sales, it is useful for me, and I work in Human Services as a community guide. It helps me to document all of the calls I make within a given day, keeps me on track with accomplishing the 5 before 11 which ensures that I accomplish something during the day, 10 unfinished tasks keeps me posted on my priorities, telephone call and voicemail tracking is extremely helpful. I also enjoy the reminder to thank people by sending a written thank you note, a lost art these days. I find I am setting a bit of a trend in my industry with this. Also it helps me to keep track of my sleep, eating, water consumption, did I read and reflect today? It is a life resource. If I lost my wallet, I could recreate anything in it but if I lost my planner and calendar I would be hard pressed to recreate. Excellent product. The only reason I give it 4 stars is that the page quality is less than it was. I use pencil when using this planner and if I erase, I typically tear the page. Also, there used to be a plastic protector for the cover and that is no longer there. Thank goodness is is only a three month resource or I would likely lose the cover as well. If they would use a better quality paper and a better cover it would be 5 starts. Likely next time I will download from the website and send to the printer. They can print it larger than this and use a better quality paper and I can put it in my portfolio (which I have done before) and it works well too. I don't particularly enjoy the wire rings picking my clothes. But the content is great!

I love it but...
I love this planner with the following caveats:1. There's a 'daily contacts' column that is totally useless to me (I generally add contact notes in the task lists)2. There is a voicemail column that is useless to me (instead I use it to write down my top 14 daily goals)3. I generally don't use the appointments (I use outlook for that)4. The empty calendar sheets in the beginning5. The multiple goal sheets/actions (I use the first 90 day personal goals to track all my goals and actions instead of the 4 other pages separated by financial, work, life goals.)6. Multiple Unfinished tasks sheets (I use these pages for notes instead)7. The meeting planner sheet (the sheet is good but 8 meeting planner sheets is not enough for a 90-day period to be valuable for me)The things that I love:Reminders to send thank you notes to people on my team. The '5 before 11' listThe '7-minute life' connection list that reminds me to connect with friends and familyThe unfinished tasks list that helps me manage my outstanding tasksEvaluating every 3 month my purposeI like that it's 90 days (the goal of the 7-minute planner is to create tangible goals for the next 90 days - what a great concept!).I've used Franklin Covey and have kept up with using this (Franklin Covey I generally start then abandon it in 1-2 months.)The one thing I hate is that there's no way to track current page in the notebook (I dog-ear the corner and cut the corner using scissors to easily get to the current page. Many planners have a perforated corner to make it easy to rip the corner when it's complete.)Overall I 100% plan on purchasing this again. I've completed 10 out of my 19 goals for the 90 days and these were HUGE rocks (creating a software product which will launch next month and completing an MBA) and the ones I didn't do as well were exercise, losing weight, and book reading (daily tasks.)

Excellent, as long as you understand the Planner
This is a very well thought out "Planner" and productivity management tool, but not a regular calendar. After using it for a number of months, it has become a valuable tool. It is 3 month daily calendar (2 pages per day), but it is not pre-dated and contains 3 months of days (not 12 months).I use this Daily Planner along with a website/iPhone app (Toodledo), and it is a great dual companion. It has replaced using legal pads and separate notes for to do items. If you find that you are still using paper to track things, in addition to an online "to do" list or calendar, this is a great product to use.The Daily Planner also has many other unique features, to track voicemail messages, Lewis' "5 before 11" concept of accomplishing most important tasks, as well as leaving room for notes, appointments and other items. The "7 Minute Life Daily Planner" is definitely worth a try, as long as you understand it's features.Note: I have no affiliation with the author of this product.

I love the 7 Minute Life Daily Planner
I love the 7 Minute Life Daily Planner... I use it everyday! I love the items I can cross off my list by 11:00 am each day as well a place to include my unfinished tasks! It also includes an area for my daily appts..as well a place to track my daily expenses; an area to include voice messages left; (the name & number) and thank you notes I may have sent out that day. It even includes a Wellness area, where I can track my sleep, exercise, time to reflect & read as well as how much water I drink each day! The 7 Minute Life Daily Planner helps keep me organized! I love it!

Not what I had hoped for
Although it has some good teqniques for goal focusing (90 day goal planning etc), I am not keen on the planning pages and I will stick to my A4 week to week planner from WH Smiths. The quality is not what you would expect for the price, the pages are very flimsy.
