When I opened the sealed box, this is what the game board looked like. It appears that the board deteriorated from age, heat & or cold.

Just what I wanted!
My family had this game many years ago and I wasn't sure we could replace it. I thought that if any business would have it Amazon would...and they did. It is a fun game for the whole family and we plan to continue playing it every time we all get together. Good job, Amazon!Marge Homiller
