NuproCustom Electrolyte Formula 1 lb Green

So far seen some improvement with my sled dogs in recovery with fluids.But it is has only been a few days since I have used this.Will come back with more information on this product later in the winter when I really start a constant running of my sled dogs

I've used this off and on for the past 10 years. I put a scoop in about a gallon of water and distribute it to all the outdoor drinking areas around my property. I only use it once a week because no more than that is needed. Keeps the outdoor ferals hydrated plus anything else that drinks from it.

I'm not a fan of powder anything, as they are notoriously difficult to dissolve completely in water. This is no exception. However, both the dogs and cats in my household have taken to drinking this with absolutely NO hesitation. Even our 20 year old cat, who often has nausea, has benefitted from this product especially during the last couple of months of hot weather.This works, and is long lasting. I've no worries about the animals in our house staying hydrated during the warm weather months.

If you have outside dogs that are exposed to heat (like Texas), this product is wonderful! It is also great for sick dogs, or for older dogs who dehydrate easily! Really good stuff!

I mix 1 scoop in with my dogs hip and joint Nupro and especially in the heat when he is chasing squirrelsI can see the difference dramatically.

Product was open, not sealed and powder was out in the bag. It's hard to trust anything that isn't sealed on arrival.

I had given this to my Pup not knowing it had Dextrose in it as an ingredient, don't think this would be a necessary ingredient. So just make sure you are not giving this to them everyday or can have side effect to your Pup. Every other day is fine he seems to be doing okay, gets hyper than crashes for the rest to the day and does drink more water, notice next day he's a bit lazy though must be hung over from the dextrose. I would recommend this but just be cautious on how much you are giving your Pup. There is another product available by Nature Farmacy with out dextrose. .
