I have been taking these vitamins consistently for 9 months. Also with eating a mostly healthy diet. Considering how much protein and iron I have each day. Another thing that has change is my home care in the last four months. I was using bosley rx hair care for years. But I have very fine hair and I was finding it was making my hair brittle . I live in SlC Utah which is a dry environment. From going to Washing my hair every three days to about 6 to 7 days. I switched my hair care to Marc Anthony Bond and repair hair. Has helped. My hair is very wavy curly. I do have Pcos but had it for over 20 years, I am little bit of a yo-yo on the weight but I have consistently been working on making sure to exercise/ hike for the last 2 years. So I think that has helped my androgen levels/ hormones. Been working hard and considering what’s a head. Menopause.

I have been using Phytophanère on and off for MANY years, at the suggestion of a stylist. This last batch I received has a strange, very noticeable odor and the label looks different, I hesitate to even take it as I’m not sure of the purity. It definitely does not seem like the Phytophanère I’ve taken for years! Buyer beware!! I’d like to be refunded be we all know that’s not possible.

I buy this item because my wife's care givers suggest it. They are the experts.
