SO HAPPY Sulfite-Free
Sulfites flare up my psoriasis and this balsamic is SAFE! Very happy about the purity of the product and I actually prefer its taste so some other very expensive balsamic I've tried in the past. If I could define the flavor eaten raw: not too sour and somewhat light. When used for cooking it tastes similar to others, it cooks up rich and flavorful. It's a perfect balsamic and I'm very happy to be a lifetime purchaser from now on!
