This pillow is well made. It is best for back sleepers or for people who alternate between back and side sleeping. It is not suitable for front sleepers (if you try and use the back of the pillow the top of your head ends up on the higher part, leaving your neck at an uncomfortable angle).I have had this pillow for 2 months and it took a bit of time to get used to. I could only tolerate it for 10 mins the first 2 nights as when lying on my back it felt that the pressure in my head was really raised, my face turned red and I could feel every beat of my pulse in my head. I haven't experienced this since. When moving from my back to the side, I needed to remember to make sure my head was on the right part of the pillow.The best thing about this pillow is that the dip helps keep my head in mid line when sleeping on my back so I stay asleep longer (without it, my head tilts to the side which results in more neck pain). It is also good to have a one pillow with different heights for alternating between back and side. However, I find the height of the pillow too high for back sleeping (the groove for the neck appears to be about 1cm lower than the side parts and the part where you rest your head is higher than the back part of the pillow). This pulls my shoulders off the bed slightly and puts more of my weight through my head and neck. This appears worse with a soft mattress. The raised parts for side sleeping are too low for me - they are 11cm which would be good if they stayed at this height, but they are very soft and give a lot when I rest my head on them, so I have to twist my shoulder round. I am fairly average height and build.Despite this, this pillow is better than my previous ones and I sleep better with it.Customer service from SleepEasy seems to be variable. There are some helpful people who appear to know about the product and give good advice, but also some others that appear to be more interested in sales than your health.

I have kneck pain after a bad fall and this pillow gave me great comfort. Worth every penny. I even take it on holiday with me.

Have suffered with neck pain for many years. The periods of pain would in the majority occur during the night meaning I would wake up with very stiff painful neck or be woken up by the pain. Saw my GP who could find no physical issue with neck and prescribed strong painkillers !!Have tried different solutions over the years from neck supports and memory foam pillows - but none worked.Was sceptical about this pillow but decided to give it a go.On delivery my wife's reaction was - another waste of money, you've tried loads of those things and none have worked !!Seen reviews about an initial smell on the product - and instructions do say to air it out before use - but I did not notice any strong odour from the pillow I received.Gave it a go straight away - 1st night was not great.... getting used to the pillow and the dent, but rather than dumping it, tried again the next night. Had a much better sleep. Even feel comfortable sleeping on my back (my usual sleep position is on my side).This pillow has made so much difference to my sleep and my neck. It's not a miracle cure - I still get neck pains but they are no where as debilitating as before the pillow. I haven't had to take painkillers for my neck since using this pillow.This pillow will no doubt not work for everyone - but it has worked wonders for me.I would highly recommend this product - given 5 stars - whatever the rating scale I would give it maximum

I was sceptical about this product but had chronic neck and shoulder pain and “physiotherapy” had made no difference, and had coat £100s. But within a few days/nights of using the pillow the pain started to ease and I have now been using the pillow for about a month. Pain not completely gone but much much better, so I can recommend this product as it has helped me a lot. Have taken 1 star of only because there is still some residual pain, which I may always be stuck with, and because nothing can beat the feeling of sinking your head into a soft pillow, a sensation that of course you can’t experience with this product! Nonetheless it is still (perhaps surprisingly) comfortable, and of course, the main thing, it has benefitted my neck and shoulder pain. I’m very grateful for that.

The shape makes sense in terms of spine alignment and support however it is hard, which for me makes it unusable for an entire night. Support doesn’t count for much without comfort.I have had it 7 months, tried on and off to adapt to it but have always woken up at some point in the night in discomfort and swapped it for something softer.Goes down as a novelty purchase-good idea in theory but not so much in practice

I've bought loads of pillows over the years hoping for 'the one'. So far, this is doing the job. Shame it doesn't have a cool gel panel though, it might be a bit too hot in the summer. That's the only reason I dropped a star
