RECYCLE BIN PULL OUT KITCHEN WASTE BIN W:600mm-4x17L(JC609M-4) w/front mounting

The item arrived all assembled. all i had to do is to install it in to the cabinet. it fitted perfectly. it is a bit tricky to install the front panel because I am not a carpenter. i managed to do it at the end after struggling for an hour but it is not products fault. i would highly recommend it. speedy delvery as well

Fits inside an open kitchen unit and works so well. Slides in and out easily and was simple to install.

Bit of a fiddle to fit in a 300mm cupboard with a hinged door, as the hinges interfere with the bins pulling out. But it came with the bits to make the door a pull out. Then it should all work fine. It's ok for now, but I will get round to making it a pull out door! Overall it's a sturdy bit of kit.

This is an excellent product for the price. Other kitchen manufacturers were charging at least double for what is essentially exactly the same item. Package comes complete with all the screws and brackets that you need, and also comes fully assembled. This unit easily fits a cabinet that is 550mm wide, but I would advise that you look at the diagrams included, and measure carefully to ensure that it will fit your space. Fittings Coe, for both floor and side mounts. As mine was going adjacent to my integrated F/F, I decided to exclusively use the floor fittings and it has worked perfectly. No wobbling here!The bins are a good size, fit snugly in they slots made for them, and come with a handle to make moving them around easier. The soft close gives the bin that little bit of luxury, and the cover on the top allows for easy storage of bin bags and anything else you want really. All-in-all, this is a fantastic recycling solution for a fraction of the price that major kitchen manufacturers will charge you.

Wren bin unit bought in 2015 had broken and needed assistance to close - this one was a direct fit with the screws going in the same holes such that there were no old torn holes visible. As an added bonus, the Wren bin unit had two quarter bins and a half bin, and the half bin was not removable since it was blocked by the overhang of the worktop - since this one has 4 quarter bins they are all removable for cleaning.The glide and gentle closing action on this is smother than I ever remember the original being.

Positive points: (a) The soft close mechanism works fine (b) the main structure is sturdy enough (c) easy to install if you are a reasonable DIYer . Negative: (a) The side-effect of the soft-closing mechanism is that it requires a bit of a tug when pulling the drawer out, I would not rely the front plate as a handle as this is flimsy and will distort easily. I recommend obtaining one with a front door attachment . (b) the bins are not sturdy and made of brittle plastic: one drop and they will crack (as mine did!); (c) the metal lid is pointless - it does not provide any seal for the bins when the drawer is within the cabinet, so don't expect this to prevent odours. The metal lid simply sits just above the bins when in the cabinet.

The media could not be loaded.  Just what I was looking for and just the right size. Although I did need to use the screws on the cupboard door to push them out as far as I could as the door slightly came in on the cupboard opening causing the bin to catch.There is a bit of stiffness when opening the bin and also when closing it. You can’t just push it back in with a tap as I would expect. ( also does same before installed and with no bag in so they not the issue).All in all nice volume for a bin. Only grumble so far is the fact you need to push it in all the way and sometimes the soft close doesn’t always seem to work.I do also wonder how long the red plastic handles will last?
