Nice and small yet still works well. Not too noisy either. I like that it has three different fan speeds. It is definitely helpful at getting the humidity level down and making the room more comfortable on hot muggy summer days.

Love that it's small and quiet, great for small room that gets stuffy. Takes out moisture but can also purify air in a room that has a closed door, also good for areas with diaper pails, and litter boxes. Small size makes it easy to place, water container slides out easily for emptying. Attractive container fits into any decor.

SETUP AND OPERATION It took me just a few minutes to unpack and set up the Q10. The purifier filter, with a loop for easy removal slid easily into its compartment. The unit has four sensitive soft-touch buttons: —Air Purifier. Turns the unit on and begins air purification. —Dehumidification. Starts the dehumidifier. —Fan Speed. Switches among settings of low, medium and high. —Timer. Selects an operating time of two, four or eight hours. You can run the air purifier independently of the dehumidifier. One filter is included in the package. EXPERIENCE I got this unit for my 148 square foot home office where I typically work with the door closed. I use voice recognition software to enter text into documents, and sometimes join online meetings, so I was concerned about operating noise. With the unit on and the fan set to low, I could conduct a normal phone conversation. At the medium setting, it was challenging to hear to a caller well, and my voice software had some recognition errors due to the extra background noise. Given the way I work, I decided to run the fan on low during the day — and when needed for dehumidification, at medium or high speed overnight or when not using my office. The tank was easy to empty; shut the unit, remove the tank and gently pull the cover up to open it. There is a connection for an optional hose to drain water into a container instead of into the tank, though I didn’t need to use this feature. Watching my hygrometer, running the unit fan on low during the day typically reduced the humidity from around 65% to around 61%. After setting the fan on high to run for eight hours overnight, collection results improved somewhat. My rating considers the amount of moisture removed, operation noise — and overall product ease-of-use. Notes: 1. Outdoor temperatures have been unseasonably cool the past few weeks in Northeast Ohio, so humidity levels have also been lower. If we get a warm snap before the cooler autumn temperatures set in, I’ll post an update about the dehumidification performance. (Users in higher humidity climates should experience better dehumidification results.) 2. As of this posting, the unit had not yet collected the 750 ml. of water needed to trigger the auto shut off feature. 3. The filter should be wiped periodically, but should not be washed or used beyond the recommended three to six months. When the filter needs to be changed, the power indicator light should flash orange, though that hasn’t occurred yet. Replacement filters are sold in three-and-five packs on Amazon.

I like it . The air felt stuffy while cooking rice, but it cleared up as soon as I turned on the machine.

We have alot of humidity in our studio. I it definitely made the air more breathable. Only bad part, it is very touch sensitive and our cats have succeeded turning it off with the flick of their tail. Super easy to drain.

Purchased the dehumidifier and as soon as thirty days had gone by suddenly starts leaking and unit is obviously defective from continued use. Customer service was prompt and attentive and they fully stood behind their product and issued a full refund. Obviously I received a unit that went bad. But would buy from them again given the experience.

Purchased this Product March, 2023. Was Hoping this would be able to be a 2-3 year investment as with other other Dehumidifier/combination products. ****The reason why this particular unit receives a low rating For Overall and Value is due to this Unit falling short of my expected usage time. I started to use this Dehumidifier in April of 2023 & Failed in May of 2024. By failed, This Unit started to randomly Beep (cycled the 2hr, 4hr, 8hr sleep timers) while getting ready for bed, I proceeded to turn the timer off &moments later the panel lights for every button option (8 total) turned on/followed by flickering on and off, unresponsive to touch. I unplugged the unit, as there was a smell (no smoke), checked the bottom of the unit which was warmer than usual... The Unit is dead thus now I must begin a new search for another unit unless the company does reach out this particular unit was decent. Variable Humidifier Fan/levels, decent air filter, noise was dependent on fan speed. It was noticeable but i typically sleep with sounds on. I usually ran it at low or Medium 95% of the time as my environment Usually has about 55-90% humidity, & would drain the storage tray every 3 days or so. . New Filters weren't expensive (1 was included, purchased bundle of 3 for 25 bucks). Maintained the system overall to the best of my ability (went thru almost every filter) It got the job done overall, Until it decided not to.

It reach in a very good condition and it's very helpful and does the job really good. I would highly recommend it to everyone who what's both in one device.
